It was my first visit there and I was so pleasantly surprised at the variety of what is offered. If you're looking for some unique gift items, this is the place. Signature coffees, Amish jams, chocolates and plants, just to name a few of the items offered. Come to think of it, everything is reasonably priced too. You will also find clothing, socks, shoes and a community room for a game of chess or just a nice place to meet with friends away from home. I'm sipping a cup of Sinful Pleasure, one of the signature coffees I purchased today, it is excellent. I can't wait to try the International Blend. I am also enjoying a dark chocolate, caramel candy with sea salt that I purchased there...decadent and oh so good. It's a great addition to the Parma area. On multiple visits, I've noticed that I'm not acknowledged when I walk in or while shopping, while other customers--who appear to be of a different race--are greeted and helped right away. This has happened more than once, and it leaves a bad impression every time. No customer should feel overlooked or treated differently. I hope management takes this seriously and works on providing equal, respectful service to everyone.
