Their website is easy to schedule, select specific services and coordinate with the shop; 2) their service advisors aren't trying to rip you off or push you to buy something. They provide recommendations and tell you facts, but the weren't trying to sell snake oil, or things outside the owners manual maintenance guidance. 3) Prices are fair, reasonable, and everything is explained upfront. We've lived in Montgomery for about 6 months, and it's always hard to find a place to trust after moving to a new place. I distrust dealerships and won't take my cars there anymore. I'm super glad we found this place. I'll be coming back to bring my other vehicles when service is needed! The great thing too, they do service on Diesel trucks as well, something that's harder and harder to come by.

When he initially determined it was something far worse and I was done for a long repair he offered to drive me to the airport to get a rental car. He ran a full electronic diagnosis and came to the conclusion it was far less sinister that originally thought and he offered to do the repair and have it done before I came back from the beach a week later. Not only did he fix the main issue but he replaced the secondary batteries for a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Mike sent me the full report from the diagnostic report and then the invoice all electronically. Then when I picked the car up he had a lock box with the ability to store customer keys in separate boxes with a combination which was provided after payment and I was on my way home! Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.

Auto Body Services performed the repair for us. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. The quality of work performed was great and you are unable to tell there was any damage. Additionally, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Actually, it was a bit cheaper than I had anticipated (which is a good thing). The only negative thing I would say about the whole experience with them was that the communication from them was spotty. After agreeing the the repair, we left the vehicle with them, then did not hear anything for a little over a week. It took a couple of tries to get an update, but once we managed to get in contact with the person who was handling our repair, there were not any issues. Overall, I would say that I'm pretty happy with the end result. If we need repair done again on one of our vehicles, I will definitely give them a call!
