City Wide rescued my Dad! He's elderly and was going for a cruise in his classic car, when he got a flat. He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind! read more

Summary: The owner demanded that I hand over my title and then chased me out of her shop when I had questions about it They have extremely inflated prices to coerce you into handing over the title of your car Please never ever support this woman and her business. The woman (owner and only worker under law) here is extremely rude, its honestly scary. I was in an accident and the police called this company to tow my car (I presume it is the only business she receives). I talked to the woman over the phone (I assume not her bc the woman on the phone was nice) and was trying to get my personal items out of my vehicle. She explained the situation to me and I thought I knew exactly what was happening when I came in to take my personal items. When I arrived, the "building" is a small shed behind a house with a tiny black sign that is almost impossible to read while on the street. When I walked in with my friend and younger sister, she was immediately extremely rude and demanding me to hand over my title. When I explained our conversation on the phone, and that we discussed the $100 fee to get your own personal items out of your own vehicle, she blew up and kept demanding me to hand over my title. I was texting my mom trying to figure out the right route to go while the woman was screaming in my face non-stop. I tried to not respond and let her have her moment, but she kept screaming in my face (I could smell her breath.. there is still a pandemic). I then told her that this wasn't discussed on the phone and that I am figuring out the situation and asked her to please stop yelling at me (bad move). She then started screaming with profanity telling me to go figure it out in the car. I told her that Its warmer inside, and that I would rather just finish the conversation with my mother. She continued cussing in my face, so my friend, younger sister and I stepped outside in an attempt for her to calm herself down. We stepped outside and I was finishing my conversation on the phone, when she comes outside screaming with her chest puffed up telling me to go get in the car and that I'm never aloud back inside. She was obviously in a distressed state, which really confused all of us. She was puffing out her chest almost like she was trying to fight us. (My friend and I are 18 and my younger sister is 14). We all stared at each other confused as she puffed her chest at us and was screaming profanity. My friend, sister and I left very confused on what just happened, she said I could not come back to get my car. My mother called, she yelled at my mother on the phone and then lied about what time they closed (she told me the correct time when I saw her in person that same day). She got upset when I didn't want to hand my title over, since I am young she thought she could take advantage of me (she already did with her extremely inflated prices). This "business" is just a woman trying to scam people in a shed, very interesting that the police work with her (and very unfortunate). This woman does not deserve a dime from anyone, and does not deserve a business. This woman is absolutely mentally unfit for work and I advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS" for your safety. read more

Please do not use this business!! They do not deserve any money from anyone. It appears their only customer is the Police department... Our Police should choose better also!! The woman literally chased my daughters out of her business after trying to coerce her to hand over the title to the car. She just wanted to scrap a good car. She has got to be miserable? My daughter was involved in a car accident and this place was called in to pick up our vehicle. We had to make arrangements to get our belongings out of the car and they were very accommodating and extremely nice. Would definitely use them if I ever needed a car towed. If I could rate one star I would. This company thought it was good practice to drive into the exit of Chick-fil-A's drive thru to tow someone at 8:30. The line was already wrapped around to the entrance of their drive thru when these idiots decide now would be a good time to tow someone. I get that they have a job but to hold up more than a dozen cars WITH NO WAY OUT shows that this company has no thinking skills. Complete idiots. Not to mention the guy towing the truck had some random person just sitting in the passenger's seat of the tow truck smoking a cigarette. So unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of appreciation of others' time because they held up more than a dozen cars for more than 30 minutes. Shame on this business. read more

I was in a car accident on Friday morning and the police had my car towed by City Wide. I called later that day and asked when I would be able to come get my stuff. They explained that if I had my car insurance call and confirm that I had coverage I wouldn't have to pay a fee to get my things. The lady on the phone was polite and professional. After my insurance called I was able to collect my things. My car couldn't lock after the accident and I found my things safe and sound in my car when I got there. The staff was polite, professional and personable. They were very helpful and happy to help. I was walking around on crutches and the lady behind the counter helped me get my last couple things out of my car, she even held the door open for me. read more

Never, never, never use this company. My 17-year-old daughter was in a car wreck. The police called City wide towing. The tow guy arrived didn't explain any of the fees. Not only do they charge double for the tow back to Osceola. They also charge extra for paperwork, wrapping the windows, sweeping up the glass, besides an extra fee for not asking for my daughter's keys when she was standing right there by the car. All these fees are greatly inflated so that you will leave the car on their lot and they can make extra money off of selling it to the junkyard or an auction house. When my daughter called from the towing company explaining how a simple tow went from $150 to $430. I asked to talk to the office manager. She was very rude and short with me because I asked lots of questions about her pricing. She used vulgar language with me, very unprofessional and told me I was not allowed to come with my daughter to pick up the car the next day. The way they treat customers and the scam extra high fees left me totally disgusted with this loan shark business. Again never use this company. read more
