My husband broke down last night in the turn lane on Juniper coming towards Cleveland Road. So, we needed a tow truck. I called Vic's bc they're the first to come up in my Google search . The lady asked me how far he needed to be towed and I said about 8 minutes away . She proceeded to tell me "they wouldn't be able to get to us until Saturday". I asked why? She replied "that it wasn't worth them coming for such a small job and that i should call the police !? " We're aren't from this area and I'm feeling like that was really crappy biz ! This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The person they have answering their phones and running their business is rude, unprofessional and absolutely a nasty person. She scheduled our tow, we waited 50 minutes and she refused to give us even an approprimate time. When we called back to check in and see if we could get an approximate time she stated they hadnt even scheduled the tow and if we didnt like it then "cancel it!" What an embarrassment to your business to have someone so disgusting rude running your business! I have had a lot of cars towed against my will and vics towing & recovery is the only one that treated me with respect and like a customer as oppose to just some inconvenience or criminal. Also, aside from the above average customer service I had the car towed and locked up for 3 or 4 days and they only charged me 200 bucks to get it back, and most places is like 500 or more and i cant afford it. This was the first time I could affotd to get my car back. I still didnt cuz the cops wouldnt give me my order of release cuz of a issue with the title, but that aint vics fault. read more

We went to recover our belongings from a wrecked vehicle. I had the title and the money to pay for their services. The owners wife hung up on my husband and I multiple times when we was trying to see if our vehicle was there. Then while at Vic's, his wife cussed at us.. made threats and proceeded to degrade us because we only had PLPD insurance on that vehicle. She told us that she didn't have to let us to get our belongings and that if we had proper insurance she wouldn't be treating us this way. FYI we paid $100 for that vehicle. Why would we pay for full coverage. Every time she walked by my car she made comments about not being able to afford full coverage. she also stated that I needed to stay in the car because she isn't the one. This is not in anyway a business should act. Very disappointing that the SBPD does business with them. read more

There are many bad reviews regarding this company! Beware, learn your rights before using this company!! They have closed their Facebook account after they have been trying to take advantage of a gold star widow they got so many bad reviews they have closed their page vs answering for their mistake. They were rude and very unprofessional as they would not allow her to get assistance to remove her property including her deceased soldier husband's belongings from the vehicle. They would not allow her to have the vehicle towed from their lot so she could get assistance since they wouldn't allow her to have help of any kind on their lot. They expected her to carry heavy tool boxes from the very back of their lot to her vehicle at the front. Impossible for one person. This vehicle was in an accident, she was willing to pay any fees related to the tow but now they are outright lying about this incident and trying to even get more money out of her because they wouldn't allow her to get her belongings with assistance at the agreed on scheduled time or even allow her to have her vehicle towed from their lot they want to keep charging her fees. They need to admit their mistake and unprofessionalism. Fix your error and bad judgement and do what's right!!!! read more
