I'm a 77 year old grandmother and my 2008 Mini Cooper broke down on me in the middle of a back road. I was panicking and didn't know who to call. Their number was given to me. They were quick to respond and treated me with so much kindness, it put me at ease right away. I was impressed that they were able to diagnose the problem right away on a foreign automobile and getting the proper parts was no issue for them. they could have easily taken advantage of me, but they didn't!
