Amber, our game master was very nice and throughout the game, you get up to 5-6 clues which you can ask your game master at anytime. If you want more clues after you can but it reduces from time from the clock. Even if we didn't, escape- I would definitely do this again but maybe an easier room challenge next time.

I have done about 25 all over the country and this one did NOT disappoint. A few considerations- be sure to be early. The room starts at your start time! They didn't require us to sign waivers like many places do. We did the Istanbul Gambit room, which I honestly was not stoked about beforehand. It didn't sound like a very interesting theme. But ya'll, I was wrong! Furthermore, this room didn't just ask you to escape, but also to complete a few other goals too. I liked that! The room made great sense and had a lot of neat reveals. The room did feature a combination of old school keys and locks and codes, and more advanced locks and puzzles. There's a lot of surprises in there. Be sure to bring a competent team because this room does not play around as far as difficulty goes. They also offer unlimited hints, so feel free to ask for help if you need it. My only real critique is that when we did ask for one hint at the end, the game master gave us TOO MUCH information. But that's a quibble. Check this place out. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it was great!

The space itself is minimal, with a small lobby to wait before entering your room! You are greeted by a game master who takes you to your room, sets you up, and makes sure you knew all the rules. Our game master was Mariam and she was very friendly. I wouldn't recommend a group larger than 8 for this specific room, as it was a bit tight and it's hard for that many people to stay engaged in the room's puzzles. The room wasn't as soundproof as I would have liked, as you could sometimes hear the other rooms in the facility which took you out of the story line. The puzzles were appropriately challenging, and the room was well set up. While the room might sound like a horror film, nothing about it was actually scary, so you can assure any hesitant guests that it won't terrify them! Overall, a really solid escape room location if you're into that sort of thing! Looking forward to returning to do another room soon!

It was well thought out and the puzzles/clues were diverse that success relied on all of our strengths. The first puzzle took us the longest but once the first lock was open it went rather quickly, especially when we were able to break apart the various tasks. While our room was a single room, there were plenty of things to solve. I have been in large, multi room escape rooms, and single rooms like this one and they both have their own benefits. For an hour long endeavor (we completed it in just over 43 minutes), it was perfect. It's really hard to share without sharing spoilers ... Our host was fantastic. At one point he did interject that only one person needed to do a task instead of all of us at the same time (think the game twister, haha)... but he gave very little commentary throughout, nor did we ask for any hints. At the time we went they had just opened and had a CSI themed room. We were excited to check it out! After entering the room they quickly explained the rules, gave some simple instructions and then left us to solve the mystery. Our group was ...challenged lol. I loved that we moved from room to room and there were even interactive options when needed. I wouldn't say we escaped... technically we ran out of time but sorta solved it. All in all it was a lot of fun and I'm excited to see what they do with the other rooms. Price point seems right on track if not more affordable with other escape rooms. The fact that they have a party room is an added bonus that I'll be taking advantage of in the near future. I love when a business puts thought into the space and experience and it's clear they did! I would highly recommend checking it out and adding it to your list of things to near in and around the twin cities.

It does get very hot while playing the game and there are some fans on the wall but they are only for certain effects and not on the whole game. The experience is very immersive with all of the gear you wear. It is surprisingly easy to keep your distance from other players and not run into the walls. Our game host Alex was very helpful and gave us good advice. Our host also helped quickly when my headset needed to be reset due to a glitch. The game itself was entertaining and easy to play. It wasn't too physically demanding so most age groups could enjoy themselves.

They were helpful and a lot of fun even though we were a late group on a weeknight - definitely made the experience! The room itself was amazing, the attention to detail was incredible and it was truly Harry Potter themed. I won't give too much away, but as a fan it gives the same vibe as the Universal Studios world - really immersive! The puzzles were challenging but fun, and we were able to escape!

The obstacles could have been more challenging but they were a blast. Most of them were water obstacles which was great for a hot summer day. I will definitely do this again next year.
