I've regretted it every time. The quality of care is terrible! I've predominantly visited AFC for care regarding cold, flu, and covid type symptoms. Last year I came in treatment. I was sent home with a 3 days off from work letter, and a diagnosis of "oh, it's just a little cold", being told it'll go away on it's own. 6 days later my symptoms had progressed to a full Upper Respiratory Infection one stage away from turning into pneumonia! Found this out at a different clinic. Crappy clinic, go somewhere else for quality care!

A part of me feels terrible because the girls at the front desk were great and the first girl who brought me into my exam room was very sweet. They were great on the phone and took me in same day, but then the entire experience went downhill when the doctors came to asses my issue. I went in for ear pain. I explained my symptoms and told them, "I'm sure it's just a pimple in my ear, but I'd like to be safe and make sure." They check my ear and left to grab another doctor to get a second opinion. I hear them directly outside the door mocking me and calling me over dramatic. That I am "psyching myself out" and it's "just a little pimple" and they begin laughing to each other. I thought I must be hearing this incorrectly and being sensitive, but the laughing and mumbling that I'm pretty much making up my symptoms made me feel so beyond uncomfortable. I've never in my life felt so embarrassed and humiliated. These are healthcare professionals. I am simply coming in to make sure I am in good health. They then blame "anxiety" and completely write me off. It was a male doctor with blue eyes and blonde hair along with a short girl with long dark hair. I unfortunately do not remember their names. I always hated and felt uncomfortable in doctor's offices, and this experience will now worsen my outlook on the subject.

The receptionist is horrible. They're are there for a paycheck. No care, no compassion.

Well, he indeed had a type one fracture of his growth plate that I'm pretty sure radiologist would've been able to detect as well. but I received no radiologist call. 2nd incident- I brought another son there who had another incident also with Basketball. X-ray was done I'm assuming physician assistant called me to tell me nothing was broke to follow up with ortho. my son could barely walk he was sent home with no mobilizer no crutches- he hopped into facility and out of the facility. Followed up with ortho and they were even shocked that he was sent home without any type of mobilizer or crutches because he could've done additional extensive damage- this son has an avulsion of patellar tendon- Patellar avulsion fractures are injuries in which a fragment of the patella detaches from the main bone due to the excessive pull of the quadriceps tendon or patellar ligament. In his case it pulled away and also pulled bone as well. I say this to say if you have to go to urgent care for a common cold, then go anything else go to the er!!!!

I didn't have a voice for days and was heaving when I did the breath test. I was given antibiotics for 7 days and he was given the same but for more days and cough medicine. He was given a call to check in a few days later and I got nothing. They sent his throat swab to the labs and was told he needed to switch meds (after the results came in) bc those were better. When I called to ask if they had my results back I was told they didn't even bother sending mine to the lab. I could hardly breathe from all the coughing and he maybe coughed once the entire time. It's disgusting that racial discrimination at this level is still occurring in the medical field. I've been sick for 2 weeks now and will have to go back in to hopefully be seen by a more competent and empathetic provider. BF is totally fine though, hasn't coughed in days.

Woke up the next day much worse only to go to another Doctor who then prescribed the proper antibiotic to treat this type of illness. I put a call out to the clinic today to get some information and let me tell you, they couldn't give a hoot what happened and talked to me like I was a child. Even worse than that. Do not go here. You are better off going elsewhere. Just look at the review and you will see why.
