I am team GoodVets. Unfortunately, the office manager, Symone, completely tarnished the experience. She presents as professionally polite, but her behavior is vindictive. She claimed I was "on the verge of being disrespectful to the team" when I had only spoken with her. She tried to force me to go through her to communicate with the doctor, and when I requested a direct call instead, she attempted to charge me $70 just to ask a simple question--a fee that wouldn't exist if I had gone through her. Her actions ultimately led to my furry baby being discharged, despite the outstanding care from the rest of the staff. It's remarkable how someone can be outwardly polite yet so obstructive and punitive. Symone's behavior stands in sharp contrast to the exceptional professionalism of the GoodVets team.

I picked up my poor dog, who was scared, confused, heavily sedated, and UNTREATED. I am absolutely furious at the lack of communication and disregard for my dog's well-being. This clinic showed zero respect for my time, my trust, or my dog's needs. If you care about your pet and expect basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

Because her calendar was quite full it was going to be a few weeks until it could be removed. A few days after seeing her my pup began scratching it and it started to bleed. At that point I called to see if we could come in earlier. Dr. Douglas referred us to Dr. Mahovlich who did a wonderful job. My pups after care was amazing. For about three weeks I received messages from the nurse and/or Dr. Mahovlich checking in and giving advice. Ten days after the surgery Dr. Douglas removed the stitches and even though I'm not a medical professional I can say she did a wonderful job. My pup has healed beautifully. I am actually looking forward to a life-time of care here.

That day they were a bit busy so we were told they would take him and we could pick him up later when they were done. We barely sat down for lunch next door at the flying biscuit, and they were already done. In NJ, it would have taken at least 2-3 hours! They ran out of 3 years rabbies tag but told us they would let us know in a few days when they got them back in stock. Fast-forward a few hours later, they called us back and had a tag ready for us and put in an envelope with our dog's name on it. Crazy efficient and great experience!
