Jim is the best caregiver that we have found for our baby! We've tried out numerous different big box facilities and Jim is definitely worth it! We have an Italian greyhound, and he is super sensitive to a lot of things. Jim adjusted his normal care schedule to accommodate Luigi's needs and made him feel so comfortable in his home while we went away for 5 days. It was Luigi's first time away from home for more than one night. At first we did a couple of days of daycare, and then one overnight stay at Jim's house, to get Luigi used to his home. When I brought Luigi to Jim's house for the 5 days of boarding, I knew Luigi was already comfortable with Jim, because as soon as we pulled into Jim's driveway, Luigi started jumping up and down and couldn't wait to give kisses to Jim! Jim kept us informed every day and sent pictures and updates on Luigi. Jim also is very concerned about keeping our Luigi on his normal schedule and always gives updates when we pick him up about how he did. He is a very caring person! Before I left, Jim and his associate came over and walked through my house, taking into account all my safety concerns with pet and my house. He was also very mindful about COVID safety. We had contracts signed beforehand, emergency vets established, and secure payment processes.
