Hands down the BEST car wash I've ever been to. Cityview Car Wash is on another level. Miss Kim (the owner) runs an amazing operation, and Modesto, the manager, absolutely killed it. From start to finish, they kept me updated on my car and made sure everything was done right. I have a BMW M3, so I'm extremely picky and honestly nervous about taking it to most car washes because of harsh chemicals and acid. Cityview gave me total peace of mind. They treated my car with care and left it looking AMAZING better than I expected. The environment inside is top-tier, they even have free coffee, and the whole place just feels welcoming and professional. I am a "VIP" member and all I ask for is for the passenger mirror and antenna to be taken care of either by the check in or before the wash. Neither was done after multiple asks. The attitude of the check in employee was abysmal. Will be looking for other places to take my business if this simple task doesn't rectify it self. read more

First time I went was excellent (paid for a complete detail job).Since the first time, it's been a big disappointment. Went back twice since the first time. This last time I picked, a $38 package & the guy sold me on another $10... something to do with cleaning the doors. Was there for a long time & it wasn't busy. I have a crossover SUV. I wanted it cleaned because I have a husky that sheds. He rides in the back hatch part. When they finished, the car looked good & I tipped them $10... so now up to $58. Got home & opened the hatch & was surprised they had not touched the back... all the white dog hair on the black carpet was still there.., almost $60 later. While I may have made a mistake of not inspecting the back, I am not so stupid to go back... ever. Besides this, I had asked them for change while paying 2 times to give a tip... they say they don't have change for a $20... what? read more

I asked for a basic car wash ($25) on my Escalade that includes vacuuming inside and cleaning of the floor mats. I found that I was charged $45 and the cleaning of my windows was left with dirt and streaks and the rear hatch and area had not been cleaned at all. I've always had a good experience with them but apparently under the new management their quality of services have declined. read more

Cityview is a full service car wash in Southwest Fort Worth. They do oil changes, state inspections, and of course, car washes. They are a pretty good deal, also. I got the platinum wash (included full inside and outside with armor all) and it was only $36! They're my go to car wash and I'll definitely be back. read more

Terrible experience Paid $38 for platinum wash They did terrible job inside debris was in seat. Trunk wasn't vacuumed at all. Unfortunately I didn't have change for tip glad i didn't cause a tip because wasn't worth tipping. Won't be going back for sure. read more

I just left Cityview car wash and paid $30 for a car wash. I was there over an hour and they were not busy at all. I drive a white Mazda Miata two seater car and it was still filthy when they said the car was ready. They did the worst job ever!!! They didn't even wash the passenger window. It still had dog slobber on it. The floor mat still had dirt and a leaf still on it and there was no way after waiting over an hour that I was going to drive back to where the vacuums are to get it redone! I will NEVER BE BACK!!! I started going to City View Car Wash on Bryant Irving Rd in Fort Worth, about twenty years ago, once a month, and the services was excellent. Once changes were made the personnel services provided wasn't there anymore. I missed the store sometimes I could always get a snack while waiting on my car. Two months ago, I took my 2020 Nissan Rouge back it was clean but the cleanness I always got wasn't there. I decided to give them one more tries. Friday May 30th chose the Super Clean Full Service my car looks like it came off the floor of a dealership. The outside was shiny and the inside we're perfect. The person who cleaned my car is Delfino; he was very professional the work was outstanding. Changes to automation optimization improves efficiency but decrease manual labor sometimes it can make or break a business. read more

I've gone here multiple times for convenience. Unfortunately, it NEVER ceases to disappoint. Today I waited almost 3 hours for a "mini-detail" For $62. I thought if I paid for more time, a better service would be provided. WRONG! I said prior to that my windows weren't clean last time. My windows & mirrors were All streaky, the rear mat and compartment were ignored, & the seats were not properly vacuumed cleaned. The Crumb catcher is non-existent! In a nutshell. It was cheap, someone wiped down my car for me and the result was good! My ride looked brand new again, just how I like it! My neighbor, Alejandro always keeps his Kia Optima looking nice! So, I finally asked him how he does it, He said, my Cousin works at Citi View Carwash. I was like, I need to get up there. So, when I had the opportunity. I checked it out, Friday around 5ish. I was in the area and my SUV needed a wash so, I conveniently pulled in. This place is always packed! It's so packed. You would just rather drive on by. However, it wasn't. I drove up and young nice looking Hispanic with large eyes approached me. I told him if was my first time here. He informed me that the Kiosk was out of order and had been for as long as he worked there or something like that. Lol. He then told me about the plans they have available. He was nice about it but,not pushy. He was very convincing and down to earth. I really like that. I proceeded to go through the carwash. The wash seemed to be slow and thorough with excessive soap. Other carwashes are so quick they don't get it clean. I was pleased with the outcome. I loved having someone wipe down my SUV, even though it's awkward. There were actually two people wiping down my ride. One Hispanic guy with a very nice haircut and a short Hispanic female in a cap. I wish they would have dried the top bc, they water ran down and left so spots. Oh well. My experience was nice despite the negative reviews. It was nice enough to return. I really want to give this place 5 stars because everyone is so very nice. But I just can't. Of course I've about decided that you just aren't taken very good care of with one of the monthly "wash all you want" packages. Cityview is 2 stars better than the car wash down the street though so... My issues are that the place seems to be in total chaos most of the time. I have the monthly pass which is prepaid so should expedite my visit but most of the time I have to wait for someone to check me in. The last couple of visits that person did not have on a mask. I know you're outside but you are within 6 feet of me. Put on your mask! And then the dry off - seems lately there is either no one at the end of the automatic wash to dry me off at all or only 1 person. I believe the place is seriously understaffed. Worst of all the towels they dry the vehicles with must be washed with too much soap. They leave a smeary residue all over my windshield. Bummer! I will continue to go here - it's convenient and as I mentioned - better than the one down the street but still needs a few improvements. read more

Welp. I normally hate leaving bad reviews but with this place I can make an exception. First, I took my husbands truck to get washed and detailed. I drive by this place all the time and thought I would try. Well. First, I drive up, the check in guy gets my wash, fails to ask me the scent I wanted.. so I went and told him. Next, I am waiting in the building and watching truck go by. When the hydraulic hose comes off the machine and starts spraying on the truck and other cars. It then takes then a minute to realize this RED fluid is being scrubbed into the vehicles. They fixed all that but added an additional 20 min. After I get called up to the truck, I am noticing stuff and pointing them out. There was so much stuff, then I look in the truck and so much stuff was missed. Been going to Cityview carwash for oil changes and inspections for years. Went there over the weekend for an oil change and got my usual free car wash. They ran my car through the wash with the passenger window DOWN! The whole passenger side was soaking wet. I had water coming out of the door handle compartment. When I noticed and pulled over to check it out, I realized I was also missing all 4 of my stock carpet floor mats. I figured they just forgot to put the mats back. I went back to the establishment to show them my soaked passenger seat and floor, and to tell them I am missing my mats and would like them back. The manager said she would check the security cameras to see if someone took them. As if I would lie about missing something that came with my car. They were there before the carwash and clearly aren't there now. She "checked" the cameras and claimed she didn't see anyone take them. She said there was nothing she could do for me. So not only did my passenger side get soaked but now I don't have my car's floor mats. I will never go back and never recommend this place ever again. read more

I pulled up to this place first before I read the other reviews on yelp and I have to say I am surprised. I think I can see where the bad reviews come from because this place is always really busy and management probably wants the cars washed n rushed out. With that being said my experience was nothing short of excellent. Keep in mind I'm here on a Monday afternoon which will be very different from a Saturday. As soon as I pulled in i was offered a complementary bottle of water (cold too). Next the asked me to shut off my engine I'm used to just getting out of my car and letting the guys do the rest at the old place but this one lets you sit in your car while the change the oil. The guy immediately put a portable ax vent in my car which felt very good by the way. That's a cool convince to customers. Next the other techs kept constant communication with me from getting info from my last oil change sticker and offering me different oil change packages and explained the pricing which was t to much of a difference from my previous oil change place and it comes with a free wash tire shine not included though (bummer). While that was going on another guy was airing up my tires. Once all that was finished I proceeded on to my wash. It ok they could have wiped down the interior a little better but for the most part I was satisfied. I didn't have my wheels done and I agreed to pay the extra 5 bucks for the tire shine so when I inquired about it the guy realized he made a mistake so they did it free of charge. Cityview Car Wash does a better job on my car than any other wash shop in Fort Worth. The wash lasts longer than most which i really appreciate with my busy schedule. I also love the finish that allows the rain to just bead and roll off my windshield. Most times I don't even need to use the wipers in the rain when I'm on the freeway! If I could give Cityview a *- I would. I did go to Cityview Car wash and thought I purchased the monthly pass. For months I have been trying to cancel the pass because my car was totaled in June of 2022. In fact I have only started driving again in the past 2 months. I bought a new car in September of 2022. My son went several times and each time was told a different story. One story was that they did not have anything about my purchase on file, so I should not be getting charged. When the charge appeared on my card again, he went back up there and was told that the manager would cancel the account. Such mixed messages. I am still getting charged monthly for a service I no longer use. The car is gone and this company has yet to give me any satisfaction. With all the negative reviews I have been reading, I really should not be surprised for the type of treatment I am getting. I did report Cityview Car Wash to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Hopefully, the company will respond to them and they will reimburse the 39.00 they have been charging since July and will quit billing my credit card.
