This used to be varsity Car Wash and it was awesome. Now It is now called Link Carwash since they changed ownership about a month ago. It is horrible. They used to have two people that were scrubbed your front of your grill and bumper and your windows with the scrub brush front and rear now they got rid of that and they just have one guy spraying some water on your windshield and that's it, now all the soap just runs down the glass and it doesn't clean it. I made a point to talk to the guy before I went through the last time and explained to him the problem he said oh you sure no problem. I'll get it taken care of. I rolled up the window, pulled forward. He never does anything. Just spray the water on it again. Worst thing they ever did was to sell this car wash. I currently do not recommend it and I will be searching for a car wash. read more

Starting to kinda go downhill. One of the employees said it changed hands and I noticed it immediately. The left side of my car get a good scrubbing right before you enter the wash but the right side is no more. The air hoses don't work on most days. That was one feature that I really did like and some of the vacuum hoses were kinked and tore. Maybe these are just small things that are not that big of a deal but my monthly premium didn't go down for the diminished services. Just saying! read more

In my opinion one of the best car washes in the area. Always get my truck really clean and they offer many different options to suit every customer's needs. Can be hard to make a left to get in and out of the place but other than that 5 stars form me. read more

This is the only car wash I have ever liked. They clean the back bumper, back window, grill, and windshield by hand. The workers are always friendly. The wash leaves my car very shiny! read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. We went through the car wash and needed some assistance with an air hose at one of the vacuum stations so I went inside to ask an attendant for help since no one was around outside. I poked my head in the door and asked the attendant Lauren for help when I asked her to step outside and help us she smirked at me as she was sitting there on her phone with a room FULL of attendants and promptly said "no" and continued on with her side conversations. Horrendous experience and even worse customer service. As a paying customer, I would think I could at least get some assistance if I had a question. I hope management sees this and gets some decent employees and maybe i'd consider coming back. read more

had questions and needed reassurance that my car was okay to get washed since the previous weekend I got a tire patched and wanted my car to be washed before taking it to dealership. Shane Courtney worker at Burlerson Zips car let me now my car would be cleaned. Some people can be rude but this gentleman was nice and reassuring my car would be washed and good to go for dealership. He provided great customer care and was very confident and reassuring. I love how they do a scrub on your car before going through the wash! It actually cleans the back of my SUV and doesn't get missed. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Great car wash. Piss poor if you have a billing disput and need a refund. The owner is the only one that can refund. The phone number is bogus. Call, call, call, call, call, call, call, beep, beep, beep, beep, mailbox is full, mailbox is full, mailbox is full. Can never get the owner. The people that manage will pass the message maybe. If it does go through. You will never talk to the owner. My card was declined from a membershi. I wanted to cancel anyway. So it my membership was no longer active. Great that's what I wanted I don't use the monthly washes enough to have a membership. I throw away my tag and 3 days later membership ship reactivaTed. Drive by after work at 5 or 6 4 days in a row trying to get refund. Finally 3 attempt owner calls me of course busy at work couldn't answer. Left message saying I had to keep my membership this month Without knowing the full story from my side. All this could have been avoided it the damn phone would pick up or he gave his managers authority to refund people. Knowing well corporate business owners are usually rich and penny pinchers from most experience that don't like to give hard working employees pay raises or satisfying customers. Pleasantly surprised! I just happened to be over by this place. The automated portion was as good as any other car wash, but the guys that sprayed it down and scrubbed it before it went through made it better. Also, air, rags, and glass cleaner made it better that average. The vacuums are really powerful too! read more
