    Robert and the other service members were accommodating. Being a student, getting an oil change is always intimidating, but they have been my go-to place since moving to Fort Worth. My car is always left in perfect shape, and the service members are always honest about the maintenance that needs to be done.

    Stumbled upon here, as we are still newbies to Texas, and boy do we like the service here. They clean the inside, they clean the outside, they work it in such a great In-N-Out fashion. They have a great sitting place and when there's not Covid they have drinks and water and coffee. I would try this place out if I were you, per Rita.

    I went there to get my car washed and they are very friendly but Now that I'm looking closer they didn't even vacuum the passenger side of my car. I noticed some grass on the passenger side and when I walked around and lift up the mat there was all sorts of stuff underneath the mat that they did not vacuum. When I opened up my trunk they were supposed to wipe everything down.. There's all sorts of pollen and dirt.

    This was my very first time here. Looks like this place has been here a very long time. When we pulled up, I got in line, I was greeted immediately. They write on your drivers side window what your order is. Give them the keys and wait inside in the waiting area. Price is okay. You bring your receipt Inside the waiting area and pay there. The waiting area is really clean, the bathroom is really clean!! That was nice. I think the detail on the vacuuming could have been better, the inside could have been wiped down better as well. I probably won't be back

    I'm just amazed at how bad this car was is. I paid $25.99 for a car wash and a wipe down interior. And it a half-assed wash and virtually zero interior wipe down. Not to mention my passenger side window is do greasy from whatever they put on it that I cannot even get it off/see out of it. I was also specifically asked if I wanted the very back of my car vacuumed, which I said yes. Annnd as you can see, it's covered in dog hair. This is so annoying.

    I've been coming here for about six months - I probably average 2/3 times a month. I chose this car wash in part because they hand finish the cars. Overall, the quality of the wash is decent. Sometimes they miss spots, but nothing too big. The do a pretty good job inside, too. They do mess with seat settings, mirrors and radios, though. The staff is only marginally friendly, with the guys actually doing the washing and finishing being the most friendly. The primary reason for a two star review is that I recently discovered that they are charging me an up charge reserved for trucks, suvs, and "wagons". My car is a small, four door hatchback and the manufacturer classifies it as "compact". In no sense of the definition is my car oversized. I should never be charged this charge. I absolutely understand (and would gladly pay) that larger vehicles are more work. Mine is not. This isn't even about the $1 charge. It's the principle. Notice the larger vehicles adjacent to mine in the photo.

    Definitely has gone downhill. The last two times I have gone they did not even dust off the dash. This tome I had to vacuum more when I got home, clean dash along with cup holders, console arm rests. Nothing even dusted off! Now that I'm sweaty from cleaning for 30 minutes myself, I'm wondering why I paid $26 for a car wash! Back window was not even clean.

    This is was worst experience I have ever had with a car wash. One that was over priced at that. You're stuck in the car port before you figure out prices. $10.99 for a basic wash. Took over 40 minutes before anyone came up to my car. No instructions on what to do. They just kind of walked around. Two different people asked what car wash I wanted before giving me a "ticket". Went inside paid. Watched my car get washed. NO ONE INFORMED ME IT WAS DONE. After 1 whole hour of it being finished I found my car parked behind the building. I literally asked 4 people if my car was done. First guy said if my keys are in some spot than it was done. He never checked for me. Second guy rude as hell said no. Third guy said he would check, never came back. Finally the forth guy said yeah it's done. But he didn't get my keys. Some other guy got them and was shady as hell. I hate this place. Wasted 3 hours of my life, on an over priced, disrespectful, rude employees car wash. Save your time and money avoid this place. Only decent person was cashier who was friendly but my interaction with her lasted 2 minutes.

    The nasty smell in this place is sickening. Literally. It smells like busted sewer. And slow. These people are ridiculous slow.

I went on Christmas Eve for an oil change and the next day when I was on the highway every time I went over a bump I could hear a scraping sound. I drove to and from frisco with more and more damage being done each bump I went over. When I was able to look I could see the skid plate wasn't fastened to my car good enough after service. I went back the next day and told them about the issue. The same person from before ushered me into the shop. Tinkered for a good 10-15 minutes and said I was good to go. I trusted that they fixed what they messed up and drove off. I was headed out of town that day so needed my car drivable. I stopped to get gas and peered under my car-- their "fix" was using zip ties to fasten the plate to my car. I would have appreciated some ownership in their mistake and some honestly when they acted like they fixed the issue that THEY caused. Instead, they sent me off with me having to now go somewhere else to fix something they are responsible for. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but after that experience I have to. This was an infuriating and disappointing experience. I understand that the mistake of the skid plate coming loose could have happened anywhere, but the way this was handled with no respect makes me regret ever giving this specific store my business in the first place. Please do better for your paying customers.

I had left my charging block at the shop on the couches they have in the lobby, and so I called again after I got a shuttle to my appointment and they were very prompt not only to answer the phone, but to help me look for the charging block as I thought it was in the shuttle, but then they later found that it was on the couch and they texted me through their service updating machine just to make sure that I know that they found my device. Did they have to do that? No. Did they have to message me that they found it? No. But they did anyway, and they also finished my timing belt earlier than expected and instead of saying, you have to come and pick up your car or you can't pick it up until Monday. They helped me figure out a situation to where I could still come and get my car even after hours.

They had it for another week. Went to pick it up. Check engine light was on as I was driving out of their parking lot. Turned around. They had it for another week. $2800 and three weeks later, pick it up and things seem fine. One week later check engine light comes back on. Take it back to them. Catalytic converter is now bad they say and that will cost me $3000. No thanks.
