This is the 2nd time I have tried this place. Saturday I was leaving town and I would give them another chance. Paid 40 plus to clean the inside and out. The outside was ok but the inside I was told it would be wiped down and vacuumed. I did not see where they wiped the inside with anything even the windows. 09/15/2021 3:15 Wednesday. Sigh. I want to support local business, I do. Sometimes they make ut so hard though. Paid for the presidential, plus treatment for leather seats, plus dash and doors armor all. The wash was lousy. Like a regular run through a car wash. Junk still stuck to my bumper. The inside was hurriedly wiped down so it is still grimy too. I could have saved myself the almost $50 and gone to Jerry's and wiped the inside myself and done a better job. One of the gifts I received for Christmas from my wonderful wife was a full detailing for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Burleson Wash & Lube. I wanted to wait until Spring to use it, but COVID19 stopped life for a while. Finally, able to use my gift on July 1, 2020. The folks at Burleson Wash & Lube did a fantastic job! The young lady that rang up the detail was so nice. She was professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. She was even excited to help me out. They are blessed to have her greet customers as they come in. As for the detail itself...that was amazing. I drove off in a Jeep that looked like it came off the showroom floor from a dealership. They got 2 years of ugly off and made it look new. The interior that was covered in dog hair is immaculate! The outside, even the undercarriage area, is sparkling like new. Originally, I took my vehicle to Varsity Express Car Wash on Alsbury for a quick wash. They left damage on the hood of my brand new vehicle. I took your my vehicle to Burleson Wash and Lube afterwards, and Victor and his employees buffed out what they could. Most of the damage is gone. They were very kind and did a great job. This car wash is the worst car wash ever from the service all the way down to the customer service. When dropping off my car we were told they would call when it was done after about snd hour and a half no one called so we went up there and it was just sitting there done. We inspected it and walked aquariums and found multiple scratches and 1 chip. I asked for the manager and he just argued with me saying the car isn't new and the car wash wouldn't scratch the car. I told him they weren't there before so how else would they get there and he said " show me pictures of before it came in here then ". Don't take your car here unless you want it absolutely destroyed and to be treated awful by the employees. read more

I'll start by saying the worker who did my detail did an amazing job. But I will say I went online and looked up the services before hand and even when I pulled up the girl gave me a menu list and both showed the prices which I got the "Super clean" which comes with the "Gold" wash which both online and in person were listed at $53. I was charged $58. The receipt just said "super clean" on it so either they went up in prices or maybe because it was a Friday it's $5 more. I'm not sure the girl didn't explain/say why it would be more and it doesn't state online a weekend extra charge. The exterior wash was ehh, I still had water marks all over the hood and pollen/dust marks on the top of my car. Which I understand I didn't pay extra for the towel touch up that comes with the presidental wash but I feel like I haven't had issues with other drive through washes being able to get the top clean and even the drying portion of other washes being strong enough to get the water pushed off the hood. So maybe theirs is due for maintenance because my exterior didn't have caked on mud or grime for the things that were missed by the machine. My interior was done amazingly I can not say enough good things about the guy who worked on the inside he really did a beautiful job. Next time I will probably try the presidential wash and just get extras for the inside if needed and see if the towel touch up will make a difference in the areas that were missed. It would have been/will be cheaper to do it that way anyway. read more

Took my truck by Burleson Wash and Lube. Was offered a discount for vehicle inspection at the same time as the wash so I took it. The inspector claimed my truck did not have a check engine light when required to turn the key off and on so we filled it. I took the keys turned it on and it has a check engine soon light same thing but he would not change the report. The truck went through the wash and was so filthy I could pull dust off with one wipe into balls in between the seats still had mud on the floor mats. There was bird dropping still on the front hood but yet I paid for the premium that they offered me. I was forced to take my truck to the dealership where I had to pay for an additional inspection and it passed with flying colors they documented on their inspection that the previous inspector had made a mistake. I went back to Burleson Wash and Lube requesting my full refund and they refused. I inform them if they would not refund my money for their dishonest service I would turn them into the state and his response " turn me in and get out of my shop ". Barbie wear. There was a woman there that I overheard the conversation they turned her down for a factory windshield with sun shade. I've used this car wash multiple times in the past and had decent service nothing spectacular but now absolutely screw this car wash they left multiple scratches and chips on my car and won't own up to it. I've had this car for 2 months and treated it like my baby so I know there was nothing wrong with the paint and the one time I decide to be lazy and not wash it myself I get screwed over. They told us this car isn't new and there's no way a car wash can make these type of scratches when they one hundred percent can because they did. I know them losing my business won't make a change but if I can save one more person's car it's worth it! First time there and they did a great job. First I thought the price was high but I did not fully realize everything that they did for that price. Now it's a good deal! I picked the lowest, $18 wash. They vacuumed the car, then took it thru the wash. I thought ok, that's that but then they detailed the inside of the car, floor mats and all! It was worth the $18 just for the fact that they cleaned the inside of my windshield. I hate doing that! Husband talked to the owner as owner was walking around managing the guys and making sure everything was running smoothly, as it was. Good to see an owner take pride in his business. While husband was talking to owner, I noticed that no one was just standing around. If someone finished what they were doing, they went over to help their fellow coworkers with what they were doing. After getting an oil change here, a couple days later I went on a road trip to Florida. On my way home a week after having my oil changed my low oil warning popped on and told me to stop driving immediately. After pulling over on the small shoulder I popped the hood and checked the dip stick which was completely dry and had no oil on it. After being stranded for 2 hours on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere A worker from the DOT stopped and went to get me some oil for my car which basically had no oil in it. I was able to complete my drive back home. The next day I came back up to Burleson Wash and Lube and explained what happened where they determined I didn't have a leak or anything so they didn't know why my car wouldn't have oil, I asked for a refund or to have a credit towards my next oil change since the issue occurred a week after having my oil changed. They were understanding and accommodating. Because of that they still have my business and I wanted to write this review to say that even though I had an issue after getting my oil changed here things were able to be fixed and I felt they still took care of me which I appreciate. read more

Worst car cleaning ever - very poor wipe down of surfaces, cup holders were not even wiped out let alone seats or the dash. I paid extra to have the floor mats cleaned. They sprayed down the carpeted mat with a hose and put it back in the car soaking wet. They didn't vacuum or clean the third row seat and failed to clean that mat. It was a bunch of attitude and poor service when I asked them to clean the third row seat. The workers and managers should be embarrassed with the poor job they did. They've undergone new ownership but same lazy over worked staff. They cleaned the outside of the truck really well but over half that job is the car wash doing the work. They did a very quick once over of the inside and didn't even touch the back seat. So much so that the dirt marks that I had asked them to try to get up we're still there. I went to get my car inspected. The woman in the office had no mask on. I had no other choice but to pay out with her breathing all over me. I'm elderly with health problems.
