They were able to get me in relatively quick for an appointment and they completed my service within 30 minutes, the only downside is that I had to go in to get my windshield replaced because they don't have at home service for Tucson and Windshield calibration. I have not had any issues with my windshield after the service.

At least 3 technicians looked at it. They said chip repair may not work, but I decided to try it anyway. If it didn't I could still get it replaced the next week (he had windshields coming in on Monday). Long story short, they got it fixed. I it looks great. I can see the repair (because I know where it is), but probably no one else can. They were very helpful. It was only $55, a small amount to fix my baby. They are on my list if I need further repairs or windshield replacement. My mom has a couple of chips in her windshield, I will be taking her here for service.

A week ago one of the smaller solid windows developed a CRACK on the inside of the glass from end to end. I called Vista glass and they refused to cover it under warranty because it was BROKEN and they said that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked much sooner. They quoted me another $700 plus to replace a 32 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch window. I would not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work.
