Took my insurance a couple weeks to get Tony's paid and for windshield to come in...windshield need to be calibrated now because they have cameras and sensors in new cars! I've never had a bad experience till I came to Tucson and I was warned by my insurance company that they've had bad results with Safelite auto glass so when Safelite auto glass didn't show up, I called their office. They hung up on me seven times and they never showed up for the repairs four days later They tried to show up and do the job. I told them no you no showed me you hung up on me so I went with Shelby auto glass, which is who was originally recommended by my insurance agent. They called me back immediately. They set me up an appointment. They made sure they had the equipment in stock. They worked around my schedule and the guy showed up kind, courteous no mess. Did a perfect job in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend Shelby auto glass now and definitely they are five stars all the way that's how a company is supposed to be run.
