This is a long overdue review. Have you ever heard the statement "you get what you pay for?" Well with Speedy Piper Underground you definitely do. I have never experienced a company that when you call you get the owner. No voicemail, no secretary where you have to explain your concerns over and over, and then wait days and/or weeks for a call back. Nope, not with this company. It all started with a backup of sewer water into my bathtub. Come to find out it was a clog in my mainline going out of my house. I call Roto-Rooter and an unknown company to help fix the problem. Roto-Rooter responded promptly and came out first to unclog my mainline and sold me some drain cleaner that was roughly $80. The total cost $900. Yep $900. With the $900 cost they gave me a review of my cast-iron pipes. In the video those pipes were rusting inside out and appeared horrible. After seeing that, I knew something needed to be done. So, they offered to clean and re-line my pipes for about $5k with a 2 or 5 year warranty but there's a catch, it's only for the lining. Well, my spouse didn't care for that price and decided to check other options that's when he came across Speedy Piper Underground. Omg... this company. They immediately came out to my house and ran the camera notating the same issues as Roto-Rooter but they caught the real problem. The pipes were broken in some areas where the lining solution would not fix. Who would have even known if Rooter would have properly ran the camera. Anyhow, Speed Piper Underground provided me an estimate that was much higher than there competitors and allowed me to think on think with no pressure to sign now. During my review time, I must have called, Jordan, about ten times asking "what if" questions. And each time I received a prompt response with an answer in confidence. So, I placed my deposit and the service began. After the permit was pulled Speedy Piper Underground was out the next day to start the work. The overall work was completed within a week. Speed Piper Underground's work was clean and when they were done it appeared as if nothing was done. Now, this is the amazing part. Once the project was done and the final bill was paid you're not done with Speedy Piper. I called on other occasions for additional plumbing concerns and recently when I received my water bill. Yes, Speedy Piper showed a level of attention that assured me that I was being heard, regardless how big and/or small the job is. Months later I received my water bill and it tripled in the amount. I called my personal plumber and he informed me that the leak was underground. My partner called Speedy Piper Undergraduate on Saturday and the problem was fixed Monday. No, I'll put you on the list. No, it's not my problem. No, it will cost you another thousand. Nope, not any of that. Speedy Plumbings customers service philosophy is like your now family and we take care of family. This company in one word is "amazing." Do not re-line your caster pipes. That's only prolonging the problem. Don't find one of these contractors that dig up your floor and then make you fix it. Speedy Piper's method is clean, efficient, overall cost saving, and you become family. I would not have chosen another company to service my plumbing. Thank you Speedy Piper. From my experience with contractors. It's good quality, fast work, fair price... pick two. Not with Speedy Pipers. I was sincerely surprised at the quality of this company. Owner operated. This is why we should all support our local businesses. I had a major issue with the sewer pipes in my house (built in the 40s) I got some outrageous quotes from some other people for half the work. It's a really scary proposition to have to demo half the floors inside your home. Jordan was professional. Came out to qoute the job in speedy fashion. Gave me a surprisingly low bid. But explained they do things a bit differently. They have a technique to avoid damaging property inside the home while getting to underground pipes through trenching from the exterior. The work crews were professional. Quick. Efficient. Showed up on time within days the qoute. The job at my house took a turn for the worst. No plan survives contact with the enemy. Once they were down there. It turns out to be more damage to the pipes on the other side of the house. Even after I was told that side was okay by "the other guys" Richard took some measurements on the spot . Jordan quoted the additional work. I was surprised to hear fair pricing. Even for the additions. Usually add-on work is a hostage negotiation. Quite the opposite. I even needed some interior work for an unexpected broken vent stack replacement. Interior wall had to be broken open and a metal 4 inch pipe had to be sawed out. They replaced the broken pieces. Patched the wall. Matched paint. You can hardly tell anyone was here. It's even cleaner than it was when they started. They finished the job quickly. The extra work doubled the job time to 4 days. But they stayed and finished the job. They take videos of the underside of the house show you potential unseen issues. Really above and beyond what you would expect. All said and done. Underground pipe replacement can be costly if done wrong. Jordan really has some out of the box thinking. Richard is all over the execution. The one-two punch. read more

Sorry I can only give a five star rating. Jordan and his company are by far one of the best companies I've dealt with. The sewer line under my house developed a belly, causing it to not drain properly, I contacted four different companies who specspecialize in tunneling under your home to repair. Jordan, The owner, came out the same day, explained the process, and within two hours I had a quote. His quote was by far the best and fairest. A date was set and the job was started on time. His workers were very competent and friendly. When the job was completed, anything they had to move to do the job was placed back in its original spot. Could not even tell they had been there. After the job was finished, I had a minor problem with drainage, Jordan responded the same afternoon and problem was taken care off. Can't say enough good things. read more

This company is simply the best they came out with a game plan, and replaced all of our old cast iron pipes in about 4 days my entire house was done like if they were never there, we did not even feel them working as there is no big mess and Everything was done outside the house, we did not have any down time also because they managed to keep our restrooms and kitchen working throughout the whole process, This was the most professional and organized company I have ever work with, very polite and clean groups of guys that cleaned after them self each day, I highly recommend speedy piper underground to who ever wants this type of process done with no headache at all. read more
