We used her when we purchased our home, and again recently; when we refinanced. In fact, she called us, to say that there was a new mortgage program with a very low interest rate and LENDER-PAID MORTGAGE INSURANCE! We refinanced to a 15 year amortization, & because the lender was paying our PMI our payment stayed nearly the same. Karen has been doing this for a long time.
