We just completed one of their summer camps though that was a completely different experience. They had 26 campers in a tiny room with 5 staff members. Kyle unfortunately left the company that week and my daughter went from loving it to coming home crying every day. When I confronted Irina, I was told that they had 26 kids and just could not cope, which I understood, however taking on that many kids is completely in her control, so it is therefore hard to understand why it happened. That being said the thing that insulted me the most was that she said that my child was used to having everything done for her at home which is why she wasn't capable of finishing her dress on her own. She is actually a really good student that requires very little help with tasks or learning something new but the reality is she is 8 - and relatively new to sewing - which is why she was struggling. In the end her 9 year old friend had to pin her in to the dress for the fashion show. I hate writing this review as under Kyle's leadership, it was such a magical place. I would think twice about sending your younger child here and if you do, make sure there are no more than 12 in the class.

Always happy with their quick professional support and problem resolution. Now long retired, I recently had a prolem with my 7 year old Lenovo T440S Thinkpad... could not get it to reboot. Brought it in to Stratatech 10:30 am for analysis and repair. Service rep friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Looked up my prior service record (still on file after all these years.) Used serial number to verify details of my T440S on Lenovo support system. $75 up front for problem analysis. Got a phone call at 3:30 pm saying problem resolved, ready for pick-up. Total bill $150 (including $75 for problem analysis) included complete check and clean-up of garbage files, Windows updates, and Lenovo BIOS and driver updates... plus fixing a broken fan (which explained to me why my laptop had been running very hot.) It's past time to get a new laptop, but in the meantime, great to have my current antique up and running... (and able to function as a trusted source for migrating to a new ThinkPad which I am going to oreder immediately.) Bottom line: Highly recommended.
