I've been there several times now, and every single lady I've had has done a great job. It's not just one person in particular. They all seem skilled, friendly, and efficient. It's located in Dilworth in the shopping center with the Harris Teeter. I really like that area because there's plenty of parking and a bunch of other little shops around there too. The booking online for EWC was very easy and user friendly with tons of options. The parking was easy also! Inside the store, we found a very clean and organized lobby with a very nice receptionist. I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated. Her space is decorated in a modern, chic way that draws you in, with light music always on in the background. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for brow services.
