Verified this pickup time 5 times beculuse of daylight savings and was confirmed "no problem at all, no problem" - of course the driver didn't show up. Called the company - mass confusion on who is coming and the guy on the phone told me "you have plenty of time don't worry" without knowing where I was flying (so how would he know?) After multiple calls and mass confusion the driver gets there almost 40 minutes late, not in a minivan we ordered, but whatever at this point - we are all completely stressed out and now late. He doesn't know what daylight savings is and has no clue why his alarm for 2:30 am was going off at 3:30 am. We make it slowly to JFK, I pay and 2 of us miss our flight because it is now too late to check in for our international flight. I get a text to check on how service was the next day and explain 2 people missed their flight due to their late driver. Not even offered a dollar back on a fair that cost 2x as much as an uber. I should have been given a refund obviously since the committed service was not rendered. Needless to say 1st time, not again, we took an uber home from the airport. Only thing I didn't mind was the pirate accent, although the app I could live without. Hope they get it together

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer.
