This was my first time riding with these people, but this Aaron was the rudest son of a bitch I've ever had the misfortune of almost speaking to. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. When I tried to tell him about the voucher THAT THEY OFFERED via the driver (because if I was talking to him directly, I would've cursed his ass out) Aaron yells through the phone to the driver, NO CASH ONLY, (something I couldn't make out) KICK HER OUT! I was just trying to tell him I had a Yelp coupon for a discount, again THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Look on the page, it's still there!!! I'm not sure who the rest of these people came in contact with or maybe I have different standards, but it's looking like a Jekyll and Hyde situation and I got the worst one. I took Lyft on my return trip who by the way charged me $20 for a ride that Seaford charged $45. I will never use this crappy "company" again.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. He doesn't know what daylight savings is and has no clue why his alarm for 2:30 am was going off at 3:30 am. We make it slowly to JFK, I pay and 2 of us miss our flight because it is now too late to check in for our international flight. I get a text to check on how service was the next day and explain 2 people missed their flight due to their late driver. Not even offered a dollar back on a fair that cost 2x as much as an uber. I should have been given a refund obviously since the committed service was not rendered. Needless to say 1st time, not again, we took an uber home from the airport.
