He checked it out, removed some malware and recommended upgrading my old driver which was really slow. He got the new driver within a day and was able to complete the work in one day. My computer is so much faster now. He even gave me some suggestions on security. He should probably open a side line teaching computer illiterate people like me how to get more from their equipment. Would definitely recommend this company. As a side note, when he opened the laptop to replace the driver, this is what he found on my 6 year old computer. Great experience ! I was surprised with a major computer issue. CJB was the second on the google list and was listed just down the road from me. The owner was quick to call back. He does work out of his apartment but I felt very comfortable. He charges a flat rate. He diagnosed my computer within 24 hours and explained every detail of the process and what to expect. He communicated very clearly and at no point did I feel like he was playing games. My computer was up and running in no time which was important because I run my business from my computer.
