Jose never advised me nor let me know and they told me their was a penalty of 2k more dollars to pay to change the date which I was never told about it, my deposit is lost and now I need to go look for another venue for my May wedding, this is a horrible feeling because I am dealing with a sick child at home and now more stress on me to find a new venue, these people don't care, don't have any compassion at all!
