Needless to say, the mechanic swapped out the shocks on the hood and NOT the tailgate. Jeep still overheats and when I asked about the a/c, nobody could put together a coherent answer for me. I had just purchased the vehicle the day before and it overheated and stopped on my way from Chicago. I got to the shop at 6:55am and my service was completed by 7:55am. They identified the issued and fixed me up. Brent was very personable and overall a bright human being. I enjoyed talking with him while I waited.
