Eagleson's Auto did a fantastic job with accommodating my needs for auto repair. I was on my way home to the Fort Wayne area after a long road trip on a Sunday afternoon. After my car broke down, I had it towed (private tow company) to Eagleson's. They had room for the tow truck to safely and effortlessly park my car. They provided a key drop box where I supplied my keys and a note giving my information. I called the next morning (Monday) and explained the situation and I was told that they would do their best to get my car back to me as fast as possible even though they were understaffed. Tuesday, I received a call for the approximate cost (which was a more than fair cost). Wednesday, I received a call saying the car's repairs were completed and that I can pick my car up at anytime. With a quick payment and great customer service my car is all set to go. Keep in mind this turn around was in 4 days and the people at Eagleson's treated me with extreme kindness and honesty.
