Wasn't even informed the last time. I got home and looked at the bill and drove right back to the shop. Of course the owner wasn't there to discuss the issue, only his kid who was too busy to care that I was there. Also, the repairs I requested to be done weren't because they "couldn't get the parts". Funny that I found the parts right away and had them shipped to my house. Stopped by and called numerous times in the next week to speak to the owner Jeremy. Surprise surprise...NEVER there to deal with customers. Not even 2 weeks after the last repair...I had to take my truck to a different shop to fix an issue from the brake job Jeremy and his son did. I will NEVER step foot back in that establishment.

She's also gifted me with a free oil change to make up for what I suffered. I'm hoping she does something about the employee so this mistreatment isn't proliferated, but that's not my call. I just want to give her perks for being a decent person and trying to run a good company. While I'm still giving this event one star, I think she deserves all five. Attendant checking customers in was hostile when I failed to understand that a stop sign at their facility somehow meant stop and wait in place. I did exactly what I did the last time they changed my oil which was stop at the stop sign and then pull around to the back of the building where the sign said to wait for the attendant. After the attendant checked in two customers that came in behind me, he finally deemed me worthy of attention. At that time he told me that because I wasn't happy to be ignored for 10 minutes while sitting waiting to get my oil changed that I wasn't good enough to have my oil changed at his facility. I will investigate if this is a chain, because if it is, I will complain to corporate. I will also advise everyone I know to please not use this facility. What a jerk! In a word -- Aaaaaaaamazing! Thankfully, there is no line and we were able to drive up into the empty bay. After a friendly and courteous greeting and inquiry re: needs, Matt and his crack team get us in and out in less than 30 minutes -- more like 20, to be exact. From centering to exiting, Matt explains each step of the process; the computer monitor clearly lists the services you are charged for; it also swings around, allowing you to view in real time, who is under your vehicle and what is being done; they are in constant communication with each other, via verbal calls and echo verification. I appreciate how the 3 man team works quickly, efficiently and most importantly safely. I am at ease, knowing that they are paying attention to the tasks in progress, are NOT on their phones, you see/hear them at all times. EVERYONE is safe. Can you tell how important "safety" is?! Especially for these gainfully employed young men who (most definitely are not 'ne'er do wells') showed up for work and have their whole lives ahead of them! If you are asked to turn the vehicle and it's wipers on/off, they provide a reasonable rationale behind it. Matt kindly reset the vehicle's service reminder for us, and gave us the window sticker reminder (listing recommended mileage & oil type replacement) -- Excellent! Some people want conversation, that's not why we're there. I appreciate how they respect our time -- No inane conversation/questions about the weather or invasive questions re: where are you from, what you're up to/plans are. Professional courtesy up front, state your business, then Matt and his team go all in like BOSSES. After the oil is changed, you are shown the new oil level, so you have eyes on it and have confidence in their work. After applying the online coupon, it was $133.73 for Daughter's Sport edition SUV: fluids topped off, filthy air filter changed out, 4qts full synthetic oil, multiple point safety check/verification in under 30 minutes. Pricey? Perhaps, but a more than fair price for SAFE, efficient, no-frills/no-pressure sales pitches. The time saved is WORTH IT! From a cynical health care professional in a very time driven, every detail is crucial role -- stellar, impressive work ethic/flow!
