Took my Jeep there for overheating problem, tailgate trouble and a checkup on my a/c unit. Girl I spoke to (Jennifer) kept calling the tailgate "The rear hood". Needless to say, the mechanic swapped out the shocks on the hood and NOT the tailgate. Jeep still overheats and when I asked about the a/c, nobody could put together a coherent answer for me. This place used to be top-notch. Now, sadly, they're a shadow of their former selves. I'll NEVER do business with this place again. read more

I went to this dealership in response to a scratch off promotional (which I typically ignore, and suggest you do as well) that I received in the mail. It was the dreaded bait & switch. They lead you to believe you won one a certain prize, but you didn't. The salesman who reeked of cigarette smoke attempted to convince me that their deceptive tactics were legit. The "prize" I won wasn't worth the gas money to get there. I was actually in the market for a vehicle and arrived with the intent to look until I realized how I had been hoodwinked. Called today (7/30/18) for a service appointment regarding my driver seat best that was not locking. It wasn't until 8/9/18 that they could give me an appointment! Even when I pointed out what a safety issue this was, they couldn't assist sooner. I went to another local small shop (SAS Auto) and they took a look at the problem after lunch. They found and removed a small piece of paper in the seat belt mechanism. They repaired the issue within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. read more

I had an awful experience here and you should definitely steer clear of the place. The sales guy lied about the condition of the car when we called ahead since we lived far away. The salesman said the car was in good shape with normal wear and tear, but the engine was rattling, the interior had issues, the radio didn't work, the side had a huge crack in it, the other side had a large dent and other issues. The car was most definitely not in good condition like stated. We also talked to the boss about getting some of the issues fixed, and then the boss started tell us a completely different story about the car. They were a bunch of liars who were just trying to pass the car off on me. When we told them they weren't interested they got nasty with us. STAY AWAY. read more

I purchased a van there and we had agreed for them to fix the AC before the purchase. I had everything in writing and after I picked it up the DVD player/radio stopped working, talked with the sales manager and I set up a time to drop it off. I was quoted $20 for diagnosis and then they wanted $120. Which I complained and they said they would honor the $20 diagnostic price I was quoted. They called and said I needed a new wiring body harness that my vans wiring was malfunctioning (5 years old everything else works flawlessly) and that the radio had good ground and had power and they tried to bypass the harness but the radio head wouldn't power in so $3,700 for the wiring and may need a new radio head too. This didn't make sense because if something has power and ground it shouldn't need rewired. I purchased a radio head from a salvage yard for $180 and it all works flawlessly. Not sure if they lack competence or were trying to get extra money out of me but regardless watch out! read more

Drove 100 miles to get to this dealership. When I arrived they were polite and personable. We couldn't come to agreed upon deal. Which was fine I drove back and no big deal.However 2 days later they called me back saying with my Chrysler number they could do the deal at the price I was requesting. I called and gave them the number and the sales manager took it and said that his 2 salesmen that called me shouldn't have told me that price.He then proceeded to take my Chrysler number and said he'd work up his own number but never call me back. I just called to make sure they didn't use my generated number and they basically blew me off and said NO! I would not recommend this dealership since obviously their sales people aren't authorized to make a deal! read more

This dealership has changed ownership, which the prior one was an awesome local small town business I trusted. not any more , last Service appointment I was hounded by 3 salesmen , while waiting. Even though my car is just 1 year old 30000 Miles . I had tires rotated and thought they were to also to be balance but was not done, car now vibrates with loud tire noise. Over a week waiting to get this done, so I not going back . Also they have a very annoying paging phone system. I am So sad to see this become like a typical big city dealership we all hate. read more
