Most sets start lifting or coming off within about five days. However, the owner assured me that wouldn't be the case, and she was absolutely right! The ladies there were super sweet, especially the one that took care of me. She took her time on me and tried to make everything work to give me what i wanted. She was also very friendly and cute! Its too bad I didn't get her name i really loved the service but what I found kinda iffy and 'ehh' was how the smaller gems were placed a bit apart and im not sure if its required but because of covid i thought they'd wear gloves other then that, I really liked my new set of nails, the price was not bad ($50 + $10 tip ) and appreciated that everyone was wearing masks there and sanitizing before working on someone.

I've been going to this nail salon for over three years, visiting monthly. I always book at least three services (nails and a pedicure -- sometimes more). Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM. By 6:30 PM, no one had even started my pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager, Joann. She didn't apologize -- instead, she simply said they would no longer be accepting appointments and offered 20% off one of the pedicures I received. Thank you, John, for trying to make things right and address the owner's unprofessional behavior, but... I will not be returning.

All three times I've left feeling talked down to for asking simple questions regarding nail care. TK was so hostile with me today and defensive. And the other young woman snatched my hands with attitude for something this wasn't my fault. I won't be returning to this location again.
