She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and schedule. Prompt response even late at night to walk me through the system to book my next session. Classes are both challenging and fun, and i like that they are trying to mix it up with the Spin/Sculpt classes. Wonderful instructors who are creative with the workouts, fully engaged with the participants and work us all really hard but in a great way. They really know their stuff. Space was immaculately clean, modern/sleek look. Lori has 6 Reformer boards so the class even when fullI imagine is still personal. Intro class was a half hour to get one used to the feel of the board, as well as using it without damaging yourself or the equipment. It was surprisingly different and FUN. TOUGH, YES absolutely but it also didn't feel like I was there for 30 minutes. I'm anticipating tomorrow hating myself for it, but not before I committed to a 6 week package to make sure it is right for me. DEFINITELY low impact but a very good/challenging workout too!!!!!
