She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and schedule. Prompt response even late at night to walk me through the system to book my next session. Friendly ladies in the small class and very clean facility. Can't say enough ... so glad I found her. Oh and parking in back! I don't usually enjoy working out but the time flies. I love that each class is different, and I never feel overwhelmed or a few steps behind like I usually do in group fitness classes. She pays very close attention to your form and gives outstanding instruction. Melissa spent time with me on the phone and explained their classes as I've had some prior medical issues. With Covid it is small and incredibly clean. I've seen them cleaning the equipment before and after each class. Can't wait to try the hot yoga! Definitely recommend.

The other yoga studio down the street that closed had a sun filled studio and I miss that. So the classes are good but she needs desperately to swap the front room and middle room.
