The owner of this company is beyond fraudulent and hostile. Several of his previous customers including myself are taking action. He is a foul mouthed and with no soul. His business calls an enormous amount of damage to my property. Dumped concrete in the middle of my grass, scrape the side of my forerunner, did a horrific job on the renovation of the pool with constant mis measurement. My mom was actively dying during this renovation and before he even finished the job he threatened to place a lien on my home if I did not pay him. I called CK pools over to my home because I couldn't understand why my booster pump was not working since it was new. I checked everthing, clean my cartdriges, replaced the timer for the booster pump, drained the filter and checked the main power source but couldn't get my booster pump to start. The guys from CK pools came over and I explained everthing and for some reason I didn't think to check the filter box outside by the pool which had tripped. I felt like an idiot but they tripped it back on and didn't charge me anything. I'll be using them and I reccomend them to anybody for great service. read more

Today CK's leak detection service tech repaired my pool's leak. He was professional, respectful and friendly. He cleaned up when he finished. He also recommended keeping the hole open for a couple of days to monitor the area and I agreed. The cost was surprisingly low.
