Also, the person who did it for me was not a medical professional, so not sure if that's even legal. Original post: I wasn't going to leave a review since the customer service was great, but the more I share my inmode experience with people, they're confused as to why I paid for it in the first place. It was a user error with the technician - the inmode burned my cheek, causing it to sting and ooze. It was downplayed by the owner and the doctor, who took a look, but it definitely caused a burn that led to peeling and a long healing process. In order to gain a customer, it's customary to not charge for a service that wasn't successful but somehow I was stilled charged.
