I had a wonderful experience here and wanted to share it because finding someone you can truly trust with Botox is not always easy. What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I've just started coming here for a little while now and my only regret is not starting sooner. Miri, the manager, is on top of everything. She knows every detail about the treatments, the products, what order to do them in, and she explains everything clearly so you know exactly what you're paying for. The whole staff is professional and the place itself is spotless. I did the whole plasma enzyme gold peel thing with the hydration + acne care + detox + LED light (too long to write all out lol) and all of it together was exactly what my skin needed. It sounds like a lot when they describe it but it works. My face looked brighter even after the first visit and after the second the change was obvious to everyone. I have struggled with dullness and breakouts for years and nothing else ever made this kind of difference. I ended up buying the products they recommended too: the serum and the cleanser, and I actually like all of them. I used to come here regularly before the pandemic and always had great experiences, but sadly the quality has really gone downhill since the location change. The woman who did my facial was kind, and I don't blame her personally, she was clearly double-booked and trying to manage two clients at once, which is completely unfair to both her and the clients. I was left alone multiple times during my appointment (to the point I was wondering if she was coming back or forgot about me) while she worked on someone else, and I could actually hear her in the other room chatting and thanking them. The facial itself felt incredibly rushed. I booked this specifically for extractions, but she only did a couple tiny ones in under 1 minute, with NO steaming before to open the pores. She also used what I believe was a HydroFacial or aqua wand tool, but only did a few quick passes over random areas of my face not even a full treatment. It lasted maybe 10 seconds total. There was no facial massage, no shoulder or neck massage, none of the relaxing touches that used to make this facial special. Instead, I was left under a mask (3 times) while she tended to someone else. The oxygen treatment was literally one pass across my face for about 2 seconds. There was constant interruption with the door opening, people talking loudly in the room, bright overhead lighting absolutely no ambiance or sense of relaxation. For $200, I expected a lot more. This felt like a rushed, impersonal service that left me feeling disappointed and honestly ripped off. I hope the management reconsiders how they're running this place double-booking clients and cutting corners might boost short-term profits, but it's at the cost of long-term trust. I had purchased a package of three facials a couple years ago. After using the first one, I didn't return because the experience back then was also really disappointing, rushed, impersonal, and not what I was used to from LA Eve. I decided to give them another chance today, hoping that maybe it was just a fluke or things had improved, but unfortunately, today's appointment was almost identical. Now I still have one facial left in my package, but honestly, I don't even think I want to use it. It just doesn't feel worth my time or energy anymore. Also, the receptionist/salesperson kept aggressively trying to upsell me both when I arrived and again when I was leaving. She even texted me after my appointment trying to sell more treatments. It felt really pushy and just added to the overall frustration of an already underwhelming experience. I am so disappointed. This place used to be the best kept secret. I've been going to LA Eve regularly for about a year. I've gone to a handful of other spas and clinics over the years, but LA Eve is the best I've experienced in LA. I tried them for the first time when they were at a different location years ago, but ended up stopping due to my budget at the time. I ended up returning, because once I started getting regular facials, other clinics ended up being the same cost or more expensive for services that weren't the same quality as what LA Eve offers. They have a 50% off first time deal to try out their services, and then they have packages that keep their services at a good price. What I love most about their services is that they will adjust them based on the state of your skin. I've gone in a couple of times for my normal anti-aging facial, but ended up getting the acne focused facial in order to treat what my skin was dealing with at that time. Their aestheticians are actually paying attention to what's going on with your skin! I've also gotten Botox, De-Oro laser, and skin tag removal done with them. They've had a couple of RNs since I've gone there, but both have done a great job with my Botox as well. The De-Oro laser had my skin looking amaaaaaazing, and I'm looking forward to doing it again this holiday season. The skin tag removal is quick and painless, and they haven't left any scars. One of the few facial places in Ktown that allows online booking - made for an easy booking process. There's a large parking lot, so parking was easy. The receptionist was nice, we didn't have to wait at all before being called in. My friend and I shared a room. The lady who worked on me (I didn't get her name, but she has dyed red hair) was not a talker. She would sometimes tell me what she was doing, but sometimes I was left guessing. This was only my second ever facial, so I would've appreciated if she had walked me through everything like my friend's facialist did. My friend's facialist, Lana, told her exactly what she would be doing and why. Thankfully, we were in the same room so I could listen in. For those who are thinking that my facialist didn't feel the need to repeat what the other facialist was saying - no. My facialist started before the other one, so I was getting things done ahead of my friend. We both got the oxygen facial. It was pretty much what I expected (cleaning of the face, lathering on serums/creams, red/blue light therapy), EXCEPT FOR ONE THING - the needle in my face during extractions. I've never had extractions done before and was not aware that they would use a needle on me. I am actually terrified of needles, so if they had told me, I would've declined. No where in the waiver I filled out (and READ) did it say that the facial would be invasive. I was genuinely shocked and in disbelief that someone would use a needle on you without asking or informing you. Outside of that, it was a nice, clean place. Used to come here all the time for facials. I came here twice for mole removal. They removed my moles successfully, until the lady missed the mole on my arm and just burned a dark spot right next to it, basically making the mole bigger. I have a permanent dark spot/burn on my arm because of this now. The lady that did my mole removal wasn't very friendly and was pretty impatient. When I paid for the mole removal, the lady at the front took my money and didn't give me $20 change back. I guess she took it as tip. For facials, overall they were ok. I didn't see much improvement in my skin. They are quite pricey and constantly have markdowns to appear as a good deal. I'm not sure why but the facial brush they use when cleaning your face is very prickly, it's uncomfortable and kind of hurts.
