My kid loves to be there, learns a functional skill and fitness, learns to push through adversity and finds encouragement from the other members in a way that defines community. I find Brian very inspiring, knowledgeable, engaging and when I speak to him, I can see that he cares about my son. The guys who train here are serious about an education in combat, but know they can only excel through support of one another. Highly recommend.

I was in my best shape when I played sports and had a coach. The atmosphere at CKO gives me the same feeling. Love getting their and have someone give me some type of direction. Better then reading a peice of paper on what excercise to do next, and to hear them motivate u to do better. What a big help. For those who think it maybe to hard it's not. Just do the best as you can. I am a good example. I started at CKO with a weight of 271lbs and completely out of shape. I am now on week 10 and just weighed myself at 248. Thanks CKO.

The classes start off with warm up which is meant to get your heart rate up. You can go at your own pace. Then the real fun starts as you start punching and kicking the bag to your heart's content. Music pumps you on throughout. It has the energized feel of a spin class but folks of all ages are participating. I also like that they keep the place clean. Wiping down equipment 2x a day and airing it out by propping the door open. The bathroom/showers are also maintained and the ladies shower has amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
