LL opened roughly 6 mos ago, it's a gym I want to go to, a gym I look forward to going to. I have to drive 10 min to get there vs going to Crunch which is 1 min away. Being in a gym owned and managed by fitness people, seeing fitness competitors working out for upcoming shows or just seeing people who are focused builds my motivation. This gym is hands down the best gym for miles. There's a good amount of cardio equipment, (stairmasters, treadmills, spin bikes etc). There's various benches, plate-loaded and racked machines from various manufacturers. All equipment is carefully curated to meet the needs of the gym's members. And what's best, in the few months they've been open, I've already witnessed at least 6-10 machines be removed and replaced with more high-end pieces. If you can't tell, I'm so pumped (some pun) that The Lifters Lair has opened, I look forward to lifting through the winter.

Terry is training someone in front of the dumbbell rack. Woman walks over to get a set of weights, Terry tells member to say excuse me. How rude. Creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The woman responds and now everyone in the room is uncomfortable. Terry responded with I'm the training manager. Does that mean she can act like that?

Many teens spend extended periods sitting on the equipment texting instead of working out, making it difficult for paying members to use the machines. There is also frequent loud talking, yelling, cursing, and disruptive behavior that creates an unpleasant environment. I believe the program would be much more successful if teens were required to attend during designated hours or be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. This would help ensure the gym remains welcoming and accessible for all members while still providing teens with the opportunity to stay active. I hope Planet Fitness will consider implementing additional supervision or guidelines for the Teen Summer Pass program. Thank you

Once I got to the studio for my first session in my 2-week trial, there was someone at the front desk ready to sign me in for my class. She showed me how to do the check in on my phone as well as if I wanted to use the i-Pad that is in the studio. (That was fine.) Many of the exercises were similar to when I did my trial class, so this was rather disappointing to see. There were only 2 other people in my class, so that wasn't bad. Some of the exercises needed modification, but I quickly figured out what needed to be done. One of the trainers even came over to tell me that I could do an exercise differently, but nothing that would have injured myself.

I've been coming here for years and always put what I USE back. Not cleaning someone else's mess. Currently we are in the midst of the Corona lockdown and EZE was the first in the area to bring online workouts to their members within days after having to be forced to shut down (temporarily due to the #coronadude)m. They even went over and above and rented out their equipment for free to members to get a workout. With all that being said they are extending a free workout for you to try for a week! It's absolutely amazing, the energy to keep you motivated in these tough times we are living in are by far the best. I look forward to seeing my coaches and my people everyday!
