I would strongly caution anyone considering the self-service bays at this car wash. On multiple occasions, I have used the self-service wash for only 5-7 minutes, yet my credit card was charged $21.60 each time regardless of the actual time spent. A self-service car wash should charge customers based on usage, not a flat amount that appears unrelated to the time used. After experiencing the same charge repeatedly, I am very concerned about the billing practices at this location. Before using your credit card here, I would recommend carefully reviewing your statement afterward. Based on my experience, the charges do not appear to reflect the actual time spent washing the vehicle. I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office so the billing practices can be reviewed. I have given this place a couple of chances but no more. This place owes me money as far as I'm concerned. Did not clean my truck at all. Nothing but streaks of water spots and soap and dirt left all over. Spend $25.00 and go to Hoffman car wash. Touch free or even the do it yourself one. Both are useless.​ read more

The car wash took my 20.00 and gave no change. I called CK's CarWash many times and finally got ahold of them. I was told I could go to one of the other locations to pick up my 10.00. No one is ever around. Also, the vacuum cleaner end has been broken off several times now. read more

Its a shame these clowns even get ONE star. Their self serve machines don;t have tap so in order to try their laser wash I had to make an online account and pay ahead, so I bought 30$. I may as well have washed my car with a mud puddle. I took pictures and called but they were closed. When I got someone to answer finally 2 days later he said we don't give refunds and hung up. By contrast HOFFMANS car washes do a MUCH better job and their staff aren't AHOLES. read more

Do NOT buy a subscription to this carwash, here's why: A) The wash one gets is not very good and there's always water spots afterwards. B) If their equipment fails and they aren't washing for an extended period of time, even if it's after a snowstorm, they will not give even a partial refund or credit. Recently went to wash my car at the Conklin Ave location and it was broken on the one side which I found out after paying . So I went to the other side and paid again . The next day I called the service number and the man gave a code for a free wash . I didn't use it that day since I had JUST washed my car the night before . The next week I went to use the code and it didn't work . When I called the service man back he told me I shouldn't have waited a week to wash my car and he wouldn't give me another code . He was arguing and yelling at me and when I told him I didn't get a service that I paid for he hung up on me . Literally the worst customer service ever . read more

I give them a "0" Very rude staff. There is always something BROKEN or NOT WORKING in the car wash. They staff laugh when you mention that something is not working. Also, they question why you wash your car every other day... I pay for the unlimited wash ... Whats your problem ? Also, I am having a hard time cancelling my membership. read more

If I could possible rate this car wash any lower than zero, I would do so. As late as last October, I used this car wash and there were two attendants who would wet down your car then brush over the entire car. However, this has changed. Now it is a machine at which you pay for your purchase and one attendant that sprays your car. When I inquired about brushing the car, I was told that "maybe if I gave him a tip, he could brush the car". REALLY! Tips are given by the customer for exceptional service. Because my car did not come out of the car wash clean, nor dry, I spoke to someone, who claimed to have been there for 13 years. His first response was that he couldn't guarantee that the car would come out dry and that and there had never been anyone that would brush the car and, that he could not believe that the attendant had asked for tip. I have a black car, so it's very obvious when its clean or not. Paid for the top wash yesterday ($15). Drove to Wegmans and looked at my car. It was still dirty. Many spots untouched. Windows still dirty, and lots of residual streaking. Went back and there were already i cars in line. Tried to call their phone number posted on net, phone number no longer works. If I could give a negative I would. I put a $20 in for the $11 car wash and never got change. Received slip stating I could call a number and get a wash code or a refund. I have been trying to get my refund of $9 for the last 4 days. The owner, "Bill", just called me back to say he could only give me a code or I had to drive down to Johnson City. They did not get my car clean and when I asked for a re-wash I was told, since I only paid for the basic wash and they gave me a "pre-wash" I already got more than i paid for. I thought I paid to get my cash washed. My car is not clean, so how exactly did I get what I paid for, I also called to speak to someone at the corporate level and was told I could not. Would give zero stars if I could and wished I looked at other reviews before paying. I've used this wash on and off, never great but worked to get the salt off. Today I returned to ask to go through the wash again, I noticed after a pass through my car wasnt clean in obvious places. It looked as if the back wasn't even touched. Without even looking at my car (the manager refused to walk to it) he pointed to the board and told me it was my fault for not buying the most expensive wash. He said "you can't really expect to get your car clean for such little money". He almost refused to give me the owner name, watch out for these guys. I bought a memership when I bought my new truck the second time I washed my truck there it severely scratched my truck all the way down both sides. After a bunch of calls with no call back and even stopping in there two separate times and filling out damage claims and never hearing back from anyone I cancelled my membership and will never wash my vehicles at a ck's again. read more

Not only did their automatic car wash rip off my license plate, but then the lovely customer service rep, Connor, says "Nothing we can do.. you should have read the very bottom of our sign outside the car wash (one of about 5 before you enter) because there is a little bubble at the bottom that says Jeeps can be damaged!" Last time I went to the car wash in the dark, it was a little difficult to read all the fine print! Not to mention, the guy working inside directing my vehicle into the machine couldn't nicely let me know before I proceeded to drive through?!? bought two groupon deals that claim spotless show room shine - so i received 4 car washes - i went once and my car was not clean - my wheels had black soot on all 4 rims - my front bumper had freshly bathed dried on bugs still visible. my side mirrors were streaked from soap suds and my windshield was cloudy with a film when it dried. not happy at all. waste of $30 read more
