I don't normally write reviews online. In fact, I believe that this is my first. However, the service I received from this business was more than satisfactory, and felt inclined to share. Over Easter weekend, in fact during the early morning hours of, I was on a trip with a friend and everything underneath my car's hood sounded like it was grinding itself into pieces. I was able to pull over on the side of the road and called this 24 hour towing service. The driver, whom I believe his name to be Brian, arrived shortly thereafter and assisted myself and my friend. He towed the car, which was a few miles outside of a town I learned to be Greene, as I was not familiar with the area at all. He gave us a ride along with my vehicle to the garage, and did his best to help us. He called us a cab from Binghampton to pick us up at 2am to bring us to the closest hotel. He even brought us to a 24 hour gas station to wait for the cab, which we were grateful for since it was freezing, and we didnt know where we were. He was very kind helpful, and professional. Then, by Monday, the mechanics were able to look at my vehicle, diagnose the damage, give me an estimate on repairs, and order the parts needed by early that afternoon. The vehicle was repaired and they kept in regular contact with me throughout. They called me Wednesday mornign and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for when I could pick it up, which unfortunately, since I was back home two hours away at this point, I had to wait until Thursday to do when I could get a ride after work. So I made arrangements to come later Thursday, but could only make it there after business hours. They agreed to leave my key in a concealed place so that I could come at my earliest convenience even if they were closed. By the time I got there Thursday evening, my car was pulled up and ready to drive out. I was also pleased to see they had taken the time to wash it, and while that was a small and unneccessary thing, it made me happy to see the care put into the work they do here. When I turned my key, you would never had known that just days before it had sounded like a metal concert under my hood. Everthing from the helpful towtruck driver, to the speedy repair, being kept updated, friendly employees, and yes, even the clean car, was so outstanding, when I had been working 80 hours per week for the last month at the two jobs I have, and the last thing I needed in my life was a lack of transportation. Tri County Collision helped turn an awful car experience into some faith that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and working two customer service jobs myself, I know that positive feedback should be given when it's due. My daughter was in an accident just before Christmas. We called Tri County Collision to tow our vehicle to their business. Right from the start, everyone who worked there was helpful and reassuring. They walked us through the process with the insurance company and explained the damages thoroughly. We will definitely use their services again in the future! read more

Seth and his team expertly guided me through the entire process, advocating on my behalf with the insurance company and regularly communicating with me throughout. My 2016 Nissan Rogue was rear-ended by a drunk driver (who took off and later crashed his truck into a ditch... then ran off into the woods in an attempt to evade the police). To make a long story short, it was SUCH a headache just to track this guy down and get his insurance info. Anyway, I brought my car to Tri County Collision and not only did they take charge of all interactions with the insurance company, but they also provided me with a rental car. They kept me informed daily with what was going on with the repairs. They turned a nightmare of a situation into something manageable.... and for that I am extremely grateful. I hit a bear on 81 south about a2 hrs from home. My car is. 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse and they honesty told me they had done work on maybe 1 of this model and informed me from the start that parts will be difficult to get in the pandemic. But they managed to fix my car like new! Sent me on my way with touch up paint if I needed it. I haven't as of yet. they personally dealt with the insurance compan. it was easy and pain free. I chose this company because it was closer to the accident and in ny. The accident was in PA in the middle if the night! I would definitely use them again if I ever need a collision shop! Great experience with many encounters at this shop! They have done all of my repairs/maintenance including pulleys for serpentine belt, oil pressure sensor, tire changes and balancing, various mechanical work. Repairs are timely and they kept me updated during the process so I knew exactly when I would get my car back. Rental cars are available and I have used them many times. Staff are professional and caring. Highly recommend this shop for all of your repairs! read more
