Update: the prescription came through really really late in evening Friday so it did get filled Saturday. Of course I had to make room in my busy day to have my husband go get the prescription I never got a message in my health about this being taken care of. Communication is key! It might be a pet peeve of mine but I just wanted to say if we had not checked the myhealth chart. It get you are busy but I read your poster on the inside of the elevator I agree go a degree barely. This place has gone down hill. I've taken my kids here for years and they can't get their crap together. I booked an appointment for a covid shot for my son and there was an error so they had to cancel the appointment. Instead of calling me, texting me, or even emailing me.... They decided to post a message to my "my health" account which NOBODY ever checks. Bottom line, we drove 40 mins each way from our house and had no appointment. The staff here is extremely lazy. Instead of doing what's right, they took the easy way out and would rather inconvenience us than them. Stay away, there are far better Pediatric clinics. read more

This outfit Do not care if you're going through any sort of health issues or struggling with your children I have three kids and they kicked us out when I have a brand new newborn not even four months old because I missed an appointment while I was being recovered from the ER They are awful people and do not care to listen to you. Don't Tell them your story. They only care about money. trying to tell me that I confirmed an appointment on a phone call that was only a second long because I was in the process of being in the ER make that make sense. I've been with these guys for 10 years or so. If you have anything outside of a cold/flu or a bone sticking out, best to go somewhere else. On several occasions I couldn't get prescriptions filled because there was no record of getting it there in the first place. Mmmmmk. I tried last week to get a bridge prescription of meds for my daughter and they simply said NOPE. I ended up having to take her to the ER for the bridge. Just now I received a call from them saying "heyyyyy we say that daughter was in the ER and wanted to see if we could schedule a follow-up for that" HILARIOUS. I immediately tried to call back but was on hold for too long. Probably best cuz I'm f i r e d up. Good riddance. Status level "LAST STRAW" NEVER want to hear from this office again. read more

I've been taking my kids here since the first one was born 2002, and they're about to age out of the clinic. Dr. Hadeed was their primary when they were little and as they've gotten older their busy schedule doesn't always fit his. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hadeed after 19 years with him. He is so knowledgeable that the other doctors often ask his advice while we're there. He is very personable, so much that my daughter accidentally called him uncle during a year that she was sick and saw him often. The wait to schedule and see him is long, but I've found that if it's not too urgent then it is worth it. He has long enough experience and clinical intuition to know how to treat my kids with less tests. When I saw less experienced practitioners, they ordered more tests and it ended up taking more time. As my daughters grew older and busier, they saw Dr. Ankur Shah who is also personable and easy to ask questions. There is a wait when you arrive at the clinic so expect at least an extra hour when you schedule an appointment. If you need to be seen right away try to schedule first thing in the morning. It is not a fast food restaurant. But when we see the practitioners they address all our concerns. read more

Dr. Hendricks manages care for my 3 children with complex health care needs. She provides trauma informed contact with my kids who have had historically negative experiences in health care making them feel safe. She is thorough and attentive providing education and resources when we need them and helping us access specialists when needed. She communicates directly with my teens introducing them to their autonomy and health management choices. She is always available to problem solve system barriers when they arise. I am able to schedule easily and communicate with her team in the online system. My 7yo says, "She's very nice and she cares about kids, if you're scared she will try to make it not scary." It's a relief as a parent to be connected to such a competent, empathetic and accessible provider who has earned the trust of my kids and myself. read more

No stars This clinic is SHADY! They recommended a "play therapist" to me that has ZERO play therapy skills. Olivia Gordon used traditional psychotherapy with my 5 year old! What a joke! On top of all that, the receptionist misrepresented the cost of my visit. She told me it was covered by insurance 100%. Months later, I received a bill for over $600!!! They refused to take any responsibility for MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES AND EXPENSES! I had to take them to court. Stay far away from there! Find an honest and capable clinic. read more

I have always liked this clinic to an extent. But today was just over the top. The receptionist there was rude. Had an attitude. I basically had to state everything wrong with my daughter in order for her to comprehend what I was saying and needed. While there was other patients in the waiting room who heard everything. There was no apology just a rude face. The other lady who came to help her. Was much nicer. And more understanding. If you don't like your job do not do it. It would of taken 5 extra seconds to understand and look back. But she couldn't even offer that. I will take my "order" and be looking for a different office. Im tired of the judgments. read more

This place is literally trash. I've been bringing my kids here since my 8 year old son was born in 2015. They will lie and say that they said one thing when you have letter documentation and proof of a completely other. The doctors will try to brush off any concern a parent has about their child, when one of my twins was born i noticed her eyes started crossing, at 6 months when they were still crossed I started asking more and more if she should see an eye doctor and kept being told "no, they can have crossed eyes until 1 year of age" to which I knew was incorrect and did it sit right with me so I requested a referral to the eye doctor, when she was seen I was informed that the doctor was absolutely incorrect and I made a good decision trusting my gut and bringing her in.. also resulting in her need double eye surgery for a problem that could have been corrected at a younger age with glasses. 10/10 do not recommend! read more

We used to love our Dr, but he left and we were unable to follow. Ever since then, it has been a revolving door of Dr's we never see. Always the NP, and never ever near on time. The last time we were here, 3 weeks ago, we waited over an hour in the lobby, was treated rudely by the staff and then waited an extra 30 minutes in the room. Now we are here again, waiting an hour for a recheck! If the staff cannot handle the patient to load, perhaps they need to schedule fewer appointments in a day. When we get in the room, it is hurry hurry hurry. There is never an apology for the delay, because obviously, our time is not important. This place sucks and we will be finding a new Dr. read more

I once had an issue on 12/16/16 &was angry how things were handled initially. After talking to the office and main Dr of clinic things have been taken care of, and I'm still a happily patient there for my children. They see Katy Kwan whom we absolutely love, and shes amazing. I can say if there's ever an issue, please make them aware first, because they may not realized what's taken place. We have a plan in place now, if my son's can't see Katy and honestly I'm thankful for that. Please give them a chance to discuss with you if you ever have issues, because they really do love our kids. I know our provider loves my boys and honestly I'm so happy about that. Rarely ever do they make mistakes and to me that's the reason my boys are still patients. Katy has called me to just check on my boys when they've been sick. The office manager is wonderful and so helpful, always has been understanding. Plus calls back within a day. read more

Make us wait for an hour event show up on time. Should the schedule system need to be improve?

Dr. Hadeed has been recommended as the number one doctor there and I'm sure he's very capable. However the wait times to see him take forever. To book an appointment with him, you have to schedule around 2 months prior. While at the appointment, it takes longer to be called into a room, and it takes about 20 minutes before he goes in to see you. When he IS in the room, he is very quick and doesn't stay long to chat about any concerns you may have. If you didn't write them down before the appointment, he's out of the room before you can remember what you wanted to talk about regarding your child. Dr Katy Kwan is very friendly and of course, super smart. The wait time to book an appt with her is about a month out. While at the appointment with her, you don't have to wait as long as dr. Hadeed. =) 5 stars for her!! read more

We went here from 2014-2017. Liked Dr. Uyesugi but she then left. The place is pretty and the waiting room is wonderful. However, we tested out a few doctors once ours left and all weren't very warm. The receptionists and nurses would give strange looks while my ASD toddler cried and screamed out of fear. They disregarded the many times I brought up speech delay concerns and said "give it time", but the biggie is what I just found out. Took my now four year old to have her flu shot at a smaller clinic. Was told she needed to come back for a booster since she didn't get one after her first shot. Called clackamas pediatrics and found out they were supposed to tell us she needed a booster a month after her first flu shot in 2016. They never did. So now my daughter who's terrified of doctors and has already had to have her four year old vaccines in September and the flu shot in October, has to go back yet again for another shot because clackamas pediatric never informed me of it back in 2016. Would have been a lot easier and less traumatic when she was 2 rather than 4. read more

I adore Dr. Shah, I am so sad that after 20+ years of an amazing relationship with Dr.Shah I have to write this review. The staff at the office has become so horrible to work with. They do everything they can to insure I can not get in contact with Dr. Shah. They never give her my messages, and when I email I get no response. I would love for Dr. Shah to call me directly, so I can speak to her about my concerns. I would hate to have to end a 20+ year relationship with her because I dread having to speak to her staff. Everyone I speak to at the office is rude. I have been hung up on, and treated so disrespectfully. I know if Dr. Shah were to hear from me she would be embarrassed. She adores me and my family. I adore her, but there is such a road block I can't even get a phone call message to her now days. Very sad. read more

We really like the doctors here, but there is almost always a delay between when you get into a room and when you actually see the doctor. It just doesn't seem fair to get myself and my kids there early only to then have to wait in the room. Also, it would be super helpful if the visit rooms could have child-proofing done; I'm always having to keep my toddler away from the chemicals and pipes under the sink while we wait! read more

After my kids last doctor left Jennifer Egelseer who was the best doctor they and few other it has really change. Last doctor appointment over hour wait. Experience with dhs reports being made. Developing high anxiety from there. I thought doctors and parents build relationships and trust and what you say in private stays. This last year has been worst I receive a letter from administrator telling me they're unable to provide services for my kids because they don't think they can't meet the needs after their previous doctor called dhs and wander why I'm afraid to take my kids to doctor appointment. My son has developmental concerns that the doctor has failed yet to provide with answer. Now everything for son referrals and medication won't be able to refill or get for him and I feel like huge part of discrimination is going base of weight and children weight color and and all. Now I'm stuck to find another doctor within 30 days and I have to go online to submit release of information. I have never been treated like this before by any health professionals. They don't care if they brake Hippa and they place blame on parents instead of them doing their job. I use to love this office and even sent a lot people here. As doctor telling a parent in a letter that you are unable to meet their needs has many concerns to me because doctor you would want to meet every patient needs. If we could give zero stars we would. Dr. Shah and her partners (which we had to see during urgent care) both missed very easy diagnosis. To name just a few things (and there are many more): 1. We had an allergy test. She called and reported back my son's allergies - that's it. A list of allergies. That was not good enough for me so I asked for the full report. After reviewing the report, she named two allergies - wheat and eggs (pretty major parts of our diet) and it turned out the report said he had NO allergy to these two foods. 2. We visited Dr. Shah 4 times for a chronic cough and she continued on a "wait and see" analysis. After 11 months we decided to go to a specialist on our own and it turns out he has a lung issue that would have been caught with a basic xray. 3. After switching pediatricians, our first visit with our new ped's doctor was twice as long as our 5 visits with Dr. Shah combined. What a joke ! Don't go to Dr. Shah's office and shame on NW Primary Care for referring us to them. read more

I want to put in another plug for Katy Kwan. She sees all four of my kids, one of whom has special needs. She's worked with him since he was born and has been a tireless advocate in getting him referrals to the specialists he needs to see. I often have to bring along all of my kids to a visit and it can get noisy in there but she's always cool as a cucumber and cheerful. She really cares about our kids as people. read more

The doctors are generally nice, been taking my kids to this pediatrics clinic since 2007 and have been pleased with the service except for one thing, Timeliness. At least Dr. Hadeed. For the last 7 years I have not once gotten in the "room" within 15-20 minutes of my appointment time and then I end up sitting in the "room" for another 20-30. With four children mind you! Doesn't matter the day or the time, its always the same. No respect is given for your time. Today was my last straw. So if you have an hour and a half to kill for a 10 minute well child check, give them a call they'll be happy to waste your time! read more

I have been coming to Dr. Shah since 1987. Both of my sons went there and now my grandchildren go there. I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes you have to wait, but that's what happens with kids and emergency appointments. I have seen most of the other doctors there also and they are very kind and have a genuine warmth with the children. I will always recommend them!!! read more

Horrible service, patient rooms are gross and always look dirty, ridiculous wait times for scheduled appointments even when it's the first appointment of the day, physicians constantly come in late knowing they have scheduled appointments, extremely high turn over rate for front desk staff and physicians, they schedule appointments with your physician when they know the physicians is no longer going to be employed there. My son saw Dr King and after 5 weeks of him not listening to my concerns of my son's breathing, we had to be admitted into randalls childrens hospital and my son was put on life support and had to have throat surgery.
