After speaking with the floor specialist at the local home improvement store trying to convince me that the more expensive flooring was better and easier to install. I followed up with some research online to find that it just wasn't true and the products he suggested(laminate flooring) was something that people strongly do not recommend for long term investment or durability for the space I wanted to work on. I ended up calling for some quotes from a handful of construction and floor contractors where I just felt they were using the same tactic to up-sell me or push me to do more than just the section I wanted. I was lucky I somehow found HQC on google search. From my first consultation, they were more than happy to do the work based on my needs, told me all my possible flooring options and answered any questions and concerns I had which made me feel really comfortable with the flooring option I picked. From day one, they were respectful, polite and always came at the timeframe they had given me. I also noticed that when the work was done, they were very thorough with the clean up. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and the end result of my floor. I will definitely be recommending HQC to a all my friends!
