They claimed we had feces in the wall, and they were going to treat the mold so it would never come back. Ok....but what they claimed was going on was untrue. They claimed that feces were coming down from the toilet upstairs. Additionally, they went upstairs and saw a leak from a valve on the toilet. To repair this problem, these ppl ripped up our tile, removed the toilet and the sink, and then told us they don't rebuild or replace these items. They did NOT treat that bathroom for any mold, so what was the point of ripping up the tile, removing the toilet and the sink!!!! He claimed the sub flooring was wet from the toilet leaking. They ĺto replaced a valve. Ok Keith never explained to us that he would destroy our bathroom, and he never made it clear so we could have made a decision as to whether or not we wanted that to be done.
