It usually is a waste of time as they never seem to have any shoes in the size I need anyway. Its a large shop with 2 entrance / exits, but not a very varied choice of shoes. Most items are in one size and that's it. They have occasional offers such as 'buy one get one half price', but it always seems to be the same shoes in these offers. The counter staff are friendly and well presented.

The majority of the shop to the rear is separated into aisles of sizes, so all the shoes of the same size are all in one place. There are aisles for both men and women, but the female range is a lot more extensive. Prices are reduced because it is an outlet shop, but they are still fairly pricey. Nevertheless the CAT shoes I bought for work had a decent level of discount. The front of the store has more specific ranges of shoes from certain manufacturers like Loretta. You can also get a strong reuseable Pavers bag for just 30p!
