I arrived with a small animal cage that did not suit the needs of the parrot it housed. Michele showed me what the store had in stock, unfortunately none meet the needs of our situation. She suggested if I did not find anything outside the store to return to see if there was something that Costal could do to the cage I did have. I returned the next day and within 10 minutes there was a plan of action. Within 30 minutes everything was completed, and I was happily walking out the door.
