Vintage dreams come true, at a price! We loved our browse in the two level, everything under one roof, Albany Antique Mall. Many vendors here have such aesthetically appealing displays. It is getting towards the Holidays, and vintage Christmas decorations were out in force. There are treasures to be found, but vendors know their goods, and prices $$$ can reflect that. We found some amazing finds for our vintage Christmas collection, but there were definitely items out of reach that we just couldn't justify. Would have bought more probably if the employees hadn't been following us around, creeping us out. Lots of good inventory, there was one employee that was reasonable and grabbed us a box for our things, the others lacked customer service. There are plenty of things to look at in here and very diverse. Street parking and credit card payments. Prices were a range from vendor to vendor. Lots of Christmas decor currently. read more

I had such a fun time browsing and found a few great finds. Spent about 2 hours here and it went by like 15 min. The prices are quite reasonable. Much better than I was expecting based on how large a space it is. There are cubicles and section divides based on who own and is hosting that space. Everything is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is very pleasant and responsive when you need to see something behind a locked case, which I did when I bought 2 sets of earrings. Huge supply of vinyl records in a few areas, large supply of vintage women's clothing (men's not so much) and the antiques are in great condition. A must-see for thrifters in the area or just people wanting to check out something fun and unique. read more

I have been using Albany Antique Mall for about a year now to find relics and curiosities for my chain of stores which requires old objects of a Victorian, industrial, and moody nature and I love everything about them! Sadly the antique scene in the state of Oregon is woefully inadequate and with the exception of a couple of places in Portland, Albany Antique Mall has the best offerings statewide. The sheer size of this place always makes it interesting and the youthful staff are always cheerful and vibrant. I absolutely Love everything about the Albany Antique Mall and highly recommend whittling away a few hours in this place. You won't be disappointed. read more

We were told this is the place to go if we like antiques and they were right. The place is massive! So many cool finds. I am so disgusted at this place! I have been told many times we can bring our 2 little dogs . Today we decided to drive from our home outside of Oregon City to Albany to go to this antique mall. We were told their only cart has a broken wheel and we are going to have to carry a llasa- opso around or put him in the car to possibly be stolen! We have spent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this mall! It's a long drive! I am thoroughly pissed off so we left! You just lost 2 loyal customers who have lots of money to spend! If I could give this place zero stars right now I would. If you allow dogs and want them in a cart then "SUPPLY "carts if you think that's what you have to do. We had taken our dogs to the park prior to coming so that they could go relieve themselves which they both did. Our other dog is 4 pounds and rides around in a pack across my shoulder! We are a married couple in our late 60s and are very responsible people as they could clearly see at the front desk! read more

They have it all: furniture, glassware, Fiesta ware, LOTS of vintage Pyrex, A whole section of women's antique/vintage clothing & hats, military collectible, sterling silver sets & serving ware, etc... 2-stories of fun, fun,fun. What a cool antique store! Such a huge variety of items to choose from--every era you could want! Two floors of antiques--we were there for a long time. Owners were so friendly--I asked if I could bring in my iced coffee, and they said "Of course!" Not every antique store owner allows beverages--so nice to browse and sip. This antique shop starts like any other with rows and rows of history. They have a large selection of cast iron skillets of all styles, glassware, old school model cars, antique toys and furniture but i think my favorite part would have to be the upstairs section that features clothes sorted by the decade! You are able to try out the clothing going back to the 50's in their upstairs dressing room. There is also clothes for later eras, but as they are much more fragile due to their age they require you have assistance with those! While there are some dresses/attire for larger women, it is mostly smaller sizes, but still worth checking out. This place is pretty amazing and fun to look through you can definetly spend a few hours looking especially if you are into getting a feel of the different ages. The staff was also super helpful and friendly, i could totally see me coming back just to see how their collection has grown. This trip was more of a window shopping experience so i wasn't looking so closely at the prices this time. read more

Love this place. Even though I'm only looking for vynl LP's usually. Went to buy a squash blossom that was there for my Native wife, that she thought was beautiful. Unfortunately, the two that I looked at (in the 7 to 8 hundred dollar range) were not real. There was no makers hallmark located anywhere on them. Heck, the first one I looked at didn't even have the proper neck clasp. So buyer beware on certain things! All in all, I love the antique mall. Always an adventure going! read more

6/5 stars!! Wow! Just wow! I think this is the best Antique Mall I have ever been in! It took us 2.5-3 hours to comb through this place. It is amazing and certainly worth the stop. Heck make a day of it! We sort of did! We ate the lunch buffet across the street at Novak's and then spent the entire afternoon going through this place. Clean, well organized, no dust or dusty musty smell. Sensible prices. They even have walkie-talkies stationed around the store to page the staff for questions. They even have a station with a tape measure and pencil and paper. Just in case you need it for measuring furniture for fitting into your home/space! Who thinks of that stuff? A genius thinks of stuff like that. They have an entire area dedicated to vintage clothes! Some of which go back to Victorian and Edwardian era and much of it is in good shape! They also have an entire area dedicated to industrial salvage and so much more. It has two floors and several rooms off to the side. Furniture, dishes, decor, craft stuff, collectable items, old toys, shabby chic items, handmade items, garage stuff, old carriages, old western stuff, old albums, books about music, sheet music, light fixtures, so much more. Many unique items I have never seen at any other antique store. This place is so amazing I joked with the owners about moving in! A labyrinth---a serious collector could easily spend over two hours here. Two sellers specialize in tools. Some old books. The architectural salvage was not impressive the day I was there. The inventory ranges widely and is hard to characterize. A very pleasant browse. I know of no other mid-valley collective to equal this one (I'm not a real antiquer, however), and half a block to the west there is another antique store. Half a block north there is a konditorei, and catercorner there is Novak's Hungarian restaurant. You can devise a rewarding excursion without having to walk far. read more

This past trip I only purchased a scary story book but I love coming to this place and just killing an hour exploring all the amazing vintage goodies! They have an amazing upstairs area where vintage clothes are sorted by decade and even have special displays during the holidays (Halloween being my personal favorite) which I personally love as a fashion graduate and someone who loves fashion history and seeing where current trends came from. They also have a great selection of old comics, dishes, books, postcards, mugs, and almost any other collection you could think of! And a pink bathroom set to boot. The employees are always super nice and helpful and I love getting fashion and home decor inspiration here :) I always visit when I come home. read more

I was travelling around Oregon recently and ended up staying a night in Albany. While driving to the hotel, I passed by this  business in old town and bookmarked it for a visit the following morning. With over 100 booths and a huge 20,000 square feet of antiques, I could have spent hours here. Unfortunately, I was limited by time and also the space to bring much more home (after already spending several days picking along the Oregon coast). The store is actually two stories tall, including, according to the business, "the valley's largest vintage clothing boutiques." They also have a very cool section of architectural salvage (I should have brought a truck)! If you are limited on time, the business website has uploaded image maps of the store so that you can plan ahead by clicking on each booth number (on a floor plan map) to get an idea of what can be found there. How awesome is that! The business was neat, organized and contained a very wide variety of antiques. The staff was friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to shop there! The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely plan to spend more time (and leave more room in the vehicle to accommodate all the great finds)! read more

This is a nice store, very organized, with a lot of product in it on both floors. The staff is always very nice and helpful. There is a lot of history in the building itself, I understand it was a car dealership, then Cornets district office, then furniture store. I wish there were more sports cards and things for younger people; nostalgia has made a comeback, even for younger generations. read more

We went to Albany to eat at Bo-Mack's BBQ. We then, of course, had to walk it off. We decided to just walk around several blocks, but ended up finding a few places to get our junk store groove on. I liked this one a lot because it was easy to see things and compared to the place I had just been a few doors down, it was a relief on my senses. This place is very clean for what it is. There are two floors of booths, so it makes it very extensive. Prices are pretty reasonable on most things. I saw a few things I could have left with, but didn't want to drag around with me. Albany seems like a very tranquil place, and there were not a lot of people out running around, but this place had attracted them all inside. They weren't packed, but busy enough. I was looking for an easel for my wife for Christmas. After striking out at several other places, I called the Albany Antiques mall. Jennifer answered and after taking my information, walked around the entire mall and found 5 of them for me. She called me and told me what she found and put them all on a list with prices and booth numbers. When I got to town a couple days later the list was ready for me. I have had so much fun browsing through their awesome collection of clothes from the 20s-80s. My mom works for an antique dealer refinishing furniture and has got me to fall in love with old pieces. I had high hopes for this antique mall after reading so many good reviews on yelp. Sadly, I received poor service and not much of interest. I called ahead looking for a specific type of item and was told by the man who answered that they might have it. I figured it's a pretty big place and they do consignment so that's alright I will take a look for myself. Before I got to say anything further (I was thanking him for the information) he hung up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe the line dropped and went on my way to check out the store. I arrived to a couple of people purchasing items with one employee and the other idle. There was no greeting or anything along those lines just a stare. Again I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I dress in all black and do my makeup a bit differently but I am a potential customer nonetheless. I walked around searching for the specific item and eventually found a section that had a couple of options. Finding them required looking through piles of junk. It seems like different sections are different people's consigned goods but they could afford to be a little more picky. Some sections are full of great-grandmas old figurines and plastic knick knacks. I did add a star as there were a few items that were very nice in the mix of things. In particular their back rooms on the first floor were pretty well kept. As I walked down the hall back toward the entrance after looking around there was another employee who was staring at me. He didn't bother saying anything. He just stood in the hallway and stared at me for some reason. At this point I had been in the store for quite some time if I was going to do something wrong it would have been pretty obvious at this point. I assume he just wanted me to leave. I went back to the front where both employees were not busy and looked around wondering if they would say anything to the one customer left. They did not. No hello, no goodbye, no asking if they could help, nothing. Other customers who were there before me were greeted and talked to but I was ignored presumably because they assumed the worst of me. I left and went on my way. I will never go back for the multiple layers of poor service and sub-par quality. read more

Two floors of a rather large building full of treasures! Each booth is well organized with its own theme. I have found many gems in this store.
