It's got everything that I love in a thrift store, it's got bargains the moment you go through the first double doors and then when you walk inside you are treated this massive layout. This place has very clean dressing rooms and it has restrooms as well. I'm surprised this place wasn't packed because the deals here were absolutely outstanding. Clothing wise, it's got so much stuff on the men's side. I do think it lacked a bit in household goods and unique finds. It was well stocked for Christmas and had Christmas trees in his own little section and plenty of Christmas sweaters. If you're smart you could do your Christmas shopping here. I do know that if you do check out here you're good will rewards will not work here because of some weird partnership as affiliated with this place. I don't even fully comprehend it. Overall, this place is absolutely phenomenal. I give it 4.5 Stars though I will round it up to five

Their checkout is really bad though. I dislike standing in a long line because of painful back trouble. They let the line get really long, then play favorites with who can go next, leaving me waiting in severe pain. When I made a complaint, both staff and customers were sarcastic and nasty about it. My mother has purchased many items while I have just bought a top or two. It has your basic styles, nothing particularly unique. The staff I have encountered have been friendly, helpful and polite. Aisles are wide, which is helpful if you have a physical disability. They carry a few shoe options but it would be great if they carried more. Additionally, more clothing options for adult women would be helpful, too, as they seem to cater to the "junior" crowd. Additionally, higher-end clothing for plus size would awesome. The store is bright, well maintained and set up nicely.

I don't like paying over $60 for a pair of shoes but sometimes I do and then they send you coupons when you spend over a certain amount if you join their rewards program. One problem I have is they usually don't carry a lot of shoes in size 11 and some of them are very tight fitting and they don't offer a large selection of shoes in wides either. Sometimes I need a wide and sometimes I don't, it just depends on the fit of the shoe. Anyway, other than them not having my size and having to order online a lot, I would say it is a good experience to let them help you pick out shoes here. The people that work here are very friendly and always greet you when you walk in the place. They ask if they can help you find anything or what you are looking for. I've never had a bad experience while shopping for shoes there because if they don't have your size, they will order it and ship it to you for free and you just pay for it then and get it in the mail. So that kind of makes up for not having the size except that you lose that instant feeling of gratification that you get when you buy a new pair of shoes because you have to wait to get them.
