Their checkout is really bad though. I dislike standing in a long line because of painful back trouble. They let the line get really long, then play favorites with who can go next, leaving me waiting in severe pain. When I made a complaint, both staff and customers were sarcastic and nasty about it. Very poor customer service compared to other locations I've been to.

This place has very clean dressing rooms and it has restrooms as well. I'm surprised this place wasn't packed because the deals here were absolutely outstanding. Clothing wise, it's got so much stuff on the men's side. I do think it lacked a bit in household goods and unique finds. It was well stocked for Christmas and had Christmas trees in his own little section and plenty of Christmas sweaters. If you're smart you could do your Christmas shopping here. I do know that if you do check out here you're good will rewards will not work here because of some weird partnership as affiliated with this place. I don't even fully comprehend it. Bought a living room set at Turks Ottawa. The set was delivered piece by piece but prior to payment…read morewe were told it would all be delivered at once. After receiving the rocker recliner I realized it did not rock or recline. After speaking to the sales woman who didn't seem to believe the recliner had came broken a service tech came out to inspect it. He said he would tell the store a new recliner should be ordered as a part was bent. Almost 2 months later and several phone calls to be told it's Turks policy to replace the part not the whole chair as the service tech said he was going to recommend. Don't waste your time or money at Turks.
