Will NEVER purchase from Zales again. My ring had been locked in their safe during all of this COVID stuff. As the other sales stores began opening for pick up, this one chose not to. With my wedding quickly approaching, I needed to get my wedding band. No one was answering the phones, I submitted 3 phone appointments with no phone calls, and sent a request to Zales online with no response for over a month! When we FINALLY reached someone at another open store they were able to get corporate to contact the store. Ends up someone has been there but they aren't taking calls or appointments. When picking up my ring they were extremely rude. Just shoved my ring through the gate.... horrible service. read more

I bought a stuffed animal there and it costed $10. Normally, in Hobby Lobby or anywhere that sells stuffed animals, it'd be about $5. Claire's is a cute little boutique, but I'd go there more often if they lowered their prices. But other than that I'd say it's a pretty nice store, with friendly employees. Every time I come there, they ask if I'd like a basket or if I'd like them to hold on to my stuff. Now that's friendly service!
