No one was answering the phones, I submitted 3 phone appointments with no phone calls, and sent a request to Zales online with no response for over a month! When we FINALLY reached someone at another open store they were able to get corporate to contact the store. Ends up someone has been there but they aren't taking calls or appointments. When picking up my ring they were extremely rude. Just shoved my ring through the gate.... horrible service.

Claire's is a cute little boutique, but I'd go there more often if they lowered their prices. But other than that I'd say it's a pretty nice store, with friendly employees.
