We even had one piece that we brought in because we locked out of it and had a broken zipper. Glen took the time while we were shopping at other stores to figure out what the passcode was and even went above and beyond to go ahead and fix the zipper. I have bought all my pieces from this store and can't recommend them enough. I hope management reads this and acknowledges these two employees for going out of their way to make their customer happy.

What's not to like!?!…read more The staff was definitely helpful in assisting me with my purchase, providing insight on slight differences in the models they sold. In the end this helped make my visit more efficient knowing the differences upfront. ECCO shoes are some of the most comfortable and lightweight shoes I've worn. Dress shoes aren't my favorite to wear and I've tried many that have not been comfortable. I've often visited ECCO outlets to find the prices almost the same as the regular price. Perhaps it's because of the pandemic that the deals were better but I'll be back again when I need more shoes for my weary tired feet.

Who doesn't love Levi's??…read more Great store with great prices on all Levis attire. Try to picture all of the different Levi jean styles under the same roof. Forget about Jeans, they have tee shirts, shirts, jackets, hats, belts and more importantly thermal shirts that I wear all winter. I stopped in last week and both a thermal shirt, $24 bucks? Its a little steep but I have two shirts from Bass so I figured I'd mix it up a bit Levi's Jeans, rock stars wore them back in the day. I went to the Tanger Levi's store and had a HORRIBLE experience. Issac the sales person was helpful…read moreat first, but he was very unprofessional. As we were looking at the jeans, Issac was saying that a manager was complaining about how the store was messy as he was folding clothes. The back shelves were disheveled but as a customer I didn't need to hear that. When I asked about certain jeans, Issac and the other sales girl gave misinformation about length. I actually found the lengths I needed on the shelf after searching and he just said "Oh.." After finding about 8 jeans we were ready to pay and let Issac know that we were ready to purchase. Issac said "okay" and headed to the register. As Issac gets to the register, he says "You know what? I'm going to close out the registers and she, meaning the other girl who just started ringing another customer, can help you after she's done." Really? So instead of ringing us up and getting us out of the store as you close, you're going to close out the registers which comes before the customer?? Ridiculous! Issac needs to be retrained on customer service, the sizing and lengths of the merchandise and not complaining about management in the store. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We ended up ordering the sizes that Issac said didn't exist on line. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!

Jeff, the store manager at this Tanger Outlets, was very helpful when I originally emailed about the availability of the shoe I was looking for. Despite the companies own admission that the quality of the shoe is not up to their standards, you can't beat this quality American made shoe. Just before the holiday, the shoe I asked about dropped to $229 and I couldn't wait. I got a great deal, and Jeff made everything easy. I will definitely be buying another pair in the future and if this store has what I'm looking for, I won't hesitate to buy the shoes. Thanks again!
