Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. I also come here for Express factory and the store got so many clothes in a bright store that looks like a warehouse. It does not even look pretty at all. The store got so many bright lights. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food. The store is well organized, everything is on display and easy to find, plus there are ample mirrors around to see how all the bags look under your arm. Service was friendly enough, though I do wish there was a little something extra to the packaging of the purchase like tissue paper. Also, unlike the Michael Kors store, the bag you pick up from the floor models is the bag you go home with, so make sure you carefully examine the bag you're choosing before you check out!

I went into the store intending to shop for accessories and heels, but unfortunately left without purchasing anything because of the way I felt I was treated by several employees. When I entered the store, the employee who appeared to be responsible for greeting customers did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Instead, I immediately noticed that she was watching me closely. As I continued browsing, I felt that I was being followed and monitored throughout the store. At one point, two other employees came near me while I was shopping and appeared to be talking and whispering to each other. I also noticed that other customers were shopping without receiving the same level of attention that I was receiving. This made me increasingly uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being singled out. When I went to look at a pair of heels, an employee approached from behind me. After I touched the shoes I was interested in, her demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I ultimately put the shoes back because I no longer felt comfortable making a purchase. As I left the store, I felt that the employees were continuing to watch me. I am American Latina, and while I cannot know what the employees intended, the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other customers made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my Hispanic/Latina background. I have never experienced this type of treatment at the Riverhead Outlets before, which is why this experience was especially upsetting.

In the Lake Ronkonkoma area; the places that I'd find New Balances in the past such as Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and the New Balance store by Smith Haven Mall were m.i.a on a good selection of them that were reasonably priced. So on my second full day on Long Island, my dad and I headed out on the Long Island Expressway to its easternmost end at Tanger Outlets to check out the New Balance Store in the eastern quadrant of the outdoor mall.      When I visited on May 16, 2024 at 12:30 pm, there were plenty of parking spaces leading to a short walk in my worn out New Balances to the business. When I walked in I passed the tables and racks of New Balance apparel on the way to the back where I explored the aisles of New Balance sneakers. I found the aisles to be nicely organized and clean. The left half of the aisles merchandised women sneakers where the right were men's. The aisles were further broken down by sneaker type and style. For example, I saw an aisle for training, another for walking, and so on. With this commendable selection were an impressive variety of sizes. Unlike some stores specializing in footwear, there were several sizes of each sneaker on the salesfloor.     The sales associates were helpful and patient. On account of how difficult it was for me to find a size that was comfortable to wear with my Superfeet insoles, it was necessary to go through boxes of sneakers to find the right one. In hindsight I should of taken a photo to show all of the boxes. The Associates gave zero issue as I tried on several pairs. One of the Associates went as far as to measure my feet, although the measurement was incorrect.    Thanks to the abundance of different sizes, I finally found a size 9E that fit comfortably. Complimenting the impressive selection of sneakers were the prices. In my mind, this store is the best deal for New Balance sneakers. After all this is a factory outlet store. On top of the low prices they offered some additional great deals that included 25% off some of the sneakers.    Based on my leading check-in here on May 16, 2024 at 12:30 pm, I can myself returning here when I visit my dad on Long Island. My Dad had even said that he plans to go to the Tanger Outlets more often than Kohl's.

The worst part about it is, no one seemed to care. Their attitude is as though it's an outlet, and if we damage your items, it doesn't matter. Not to mention that when we bought it the table, we had to inform the sales associate that it came with two leaves. They told us it didn't until we showed them how the table expanded. Ok, perhaps you didn't notice, not a big deal. The guy found the leaves, and my husband tipped him $20 for finding them. So, going into the store cost is money and time and we walked out with nothing. Again, if they cared about wrecking our table, it would've been much better. You get the feeling that they are just thinking, oh well too bad, so sad, we will just get some other poor slob to buy it. We're done! Thins is not the first time they have damaged our items when we went to pick them up, but it will be our last!!!!
