I had some wiggle room time though so over all it was ok, it just meant extra driving around town and a bit of worry that they might not be ready by the new date (but they were!). I wasn't made aware of this until the order arrived from The Mower Shop. The inventory specialist at this shop undoubtedly dropped the ball on this one. Additionally, The Mower Shop defers it shipping to a company called Shopify. Accordingly, I received two different shipping charges for the three spindles. The Mower Shop charged me $82.19, and Shopify claimed I should have been charged $39.53. When I called The Mower Shop and requested a reconciliation of the shipping charges, the customer service agent disavowed any knowledge of the Shopify email sent me. Lana then became both argumentative and contentious over the issue. This is the result of a company who subcontracts their shipping responsibility to a separate company and then refuses to accept the errors of either The Mower Shop or Shopify. I recommend you find a Grasshopper sanctioned dealer who processes the order correctly AND does their own shipping to ensure the order is error free and requires few, if any, contacts between the customer and argumentative employees.

Initially they are very nice and helpful, the shop is very tidy and well laid out, but the minute I open the car hatch he says "oh don't even take that out, we don't service that brand" WHAT At no time was I ever told there might be a brand they don't service?? Then he sends me 7 miles in another direction (to a shop where they took the mower from me no problem). An absolute waste of my day. If someone calls to ask about service you might want to ask what brand they have so as not to waste someones time.

My 4 yr old son has the privilege of attending this private "accredited" yes "accredited" preschool and it is phenomenal. He has been to some daycares in the past that swear that their focus is education & challenging the minds of the little ones but trust me, after paying close attention, they were not. I researched and found Primrose before it was even built months ago & decided that this was the place my son had to be no matter how many hours I needed to work--he needed to have the best education. Primrose teachers are degree level teachers who have the know how and ability to work with the kids according to their age group. The kids have a schedule so they aren't being babysat--they're actually learning. I can't tell you how much my son has made a dramatic shift in his behavior and attitude since starting here & it hasn't even been a month. So if you're child is acting out at his/her current school, investigate what's going on--he/she may just be bored from the lack of activity. To top it all off, the owner Anne Almond rocks! Her smile and personality is contagious and the director Laura Paine is irreplaceable in the quality of professionalism and friendliness she displays to each family. Lastly, I'm a foodie so you know I love the fact that they have a Personal Chef who really prepares healthy meals for the children. My son and daughter always come home telling me about the healthy snacks they've had at Primrose. Parents, I know this was long but if you really truly care about your child's education this is the place you'll want them to be. If you have school-aged children, that's no problem.
