I've used them going on 3-4 years now. #1 they do a great job and provide terrific service - my husband is quirky about his shirts, dryclean ONLY, and they set it up so our account is marked with that note. And it's right every time. #2 they are reliable - clothes are ready when they say they will be. If you need a rush job, they can accommodate that if you get it in early. #3 they are trustworthy - I knew I could have them clean my mother's "antique" table cloth and napkins that I acquired.
