When I gave it to her for inspection, she immediately noticed tears in the lining of the zipper that I'd hadn't noticed myself. That's when I knew she had an eagle eye and I was working with an expert. I picked up the skirt exactly 7 days later (for $10 less than I paid at the other shop for a zipper replacement) and the work was so pristine that I almost thought they hadn't gotten to it yet. It's a whole new zipper from top to bottom that looks exactly like the faulty one. This place is the BEES KNEES! I ran into another customer at the shop who assured me they were the best!
